CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacy has a new automation system for checking on prescriptions. If you call in to check the status for someone else’s prescription, it tries to pull the account based on the number you call in from. After failing several times it sends you to a voicemail for you to leave a message. Completely inconvenient and time consuming to check on a prescription. Now I have to drive there to talk to someone then wait for the prescription to be ready. Absolutely insane.

I love c v s.It is way better than the box stores, just think about how much time you have to park at walmart costco or sam's.And then spend an hour to walk across the parking lot, get in and out and get back home.It could be an hour to an hour and a half.Even if you only live ten minutes away. C v s is only five minutes away, and I could pull up to a window and just pick up all my stuff.Prescription wise which saves a lot of time and allows me to come back and receive other packages delivered here, including groceries and amazon packages.

I have transferred all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy staff and front store staff. No matter how many times I have requested and instructed the West Grand Parkway South staff to transfer my prescriptions to this location, and additionally asked my primary care physician's office to do so, it gets ignored by Grand Parkway. I suspect that the location Store Manager is greedy and wants to continue boosting the sales figures at that location. I believe in quality work by trusted sales floor staff and pharmacist and pharmacy techs. They laser focus of the needs of their guests at the Cane Island Parkway store. I rate this store and staff six stars if I could.

CVS at Cane Island Parkway is the best! The team, the location, and the overall convenience make it a great place to stop. But what truly sets it apart are the friendly and welcoming staff who make the store feel like a family gathering. This CVS opened on Sunday, today is Tuesday. I don’t expect them to be running 100% effective or efficiently, but I did call to see if they were officially open yet and to verify that their photo center was up & running so that I could print over 100 pictures I needed to finish a collage project. They verified so I went online to order. Shortly after I received my confirmation email and number saying my order would be ready by 3. When I went to go pick up at 5:30 they told me that their machine is down for network orders and The best they can do is to call other stores and see if they can except my order number so I don’t have to re-select all of the pictures. I don’t understand why I wasn’t contacted when my email and my phone number were both on the purchase and I received confirmation. This was a huge bust and now I need to find another solution.
