Sign in to reviewCVS says there’s medication disposal service at this location. Good luck using it! I called the pharmacy to confirm this service. Waited two days, never got a call back. I went there in person and the disposal bin was full/taped with nobody knowing when it’d be emptied. Obviously not a priority.
Pharmacy misses prescription on paper, slow and unhelpful, go somewhere else. It’s been about two years getting service here and every time it’s horrible. Get ready to wait in line.
Anjana agrawal needs more customer service training rather just focusing in finishing the customer que. i was at the store to get medicine and she just took my paper and said will msg once ready without quickly checking if its even covered. Wasted my time and evening and i had to go back to get the paper.
Not a couponer-friendly store. Highly disappointed in my experience with the night staff not once, not twice, but THREE separate occasions. Each time it gets progressively worse. Somehow everyone here is the manager when asked, and Norris refuses to even attempt scanning OTC benefit cards, as she claims they are a pharmacy that does not accept them despite the many tags that indicate items with OTC eligibility. I've personally bought thousands of dollars in product from this location just this year, and refuse to return to this location anymore. The rudeness, argumentative nature, and humiliation I've experienced are completely unacceptable. Will be calling corporate tomorrow. Night staff clearly hate being there, and unfortunately take it out on customers for making the mistake of choosing to spend their hard earned money at this store in this economy. Absolutely not.
I don’t understand how this pharmacy left a message on my phone thing they hung up . That talked about me and laught due to I need my heart medication . Here is the voice mail. Be carful with this pharmacy !! You start yelling at me, I mean, everybody yesterday, so l don't know what else to do. Well, let me Not every day, I know. call back and. But it’s more I wish I could put the voice recording they said so much more when you listen to the voice mail .
