Sign in to reviewUse this pharmacy and you are at risk of running out of medicine. They've sat on my prescription for almost three weeks, and I've chased it up. Now I've run out of medicine, they tell me they are unable to get it and don't know when they will have it in stock again. Would recommend people to use any pharmacy but this one as you can't possibly end up with worse one. Make sure you look after your health, as this pharmacy won't help you with that.
Pharmacy was clean and quick to fill Prescription. I received a phone call when my Rx was ready. I had a question about my med and called to ask a pharmacist. The system would not connect to pharmacist and forced me to leave a voicemail and request a callback. This initially annoyed me but to my surprise I received a call back in about 3 minutes. Would recommend this location.
Every time I go to this pharmacy, there's an issue with my prescription, and today was the last straw. First, I was told the system was slow because it was stuck. Then, they said they had asked the doctor's office for clarification about the medication, but they never received a response. When I called the doctor’s office, they informed me that they never received the fax because the pharmacy had the wrong number and couldn't edit it. I was told to call the office again and ask them to resend the prescription, which took a lot of time. Finally, the doctor’s office said they should have called us to resolve the issue, but instead, the pharmacy was telling me to call them. Eventually, the doctor’s office called the pharmacy, confirmed everything, and resent the prescription. After waiting another 15 minutes, I was told that they didn't have enough pills in stock, and because of the holidays, they couldn’t tell me when it would be ready for pick-up. Wasted more than an hour today.
Exceptional helpful pharmacists! Its inside target. Several times my medications weren't ordered on time so had to transfer to other cvs stores They could use more help but it seems the corporate budget doesnt make room to hire - thank you for all you do for my family
