Sign in to reviewThe vents are black with filth. The end caps by the pharmacy are empty and contain half eaten items, like a candy bar. The place is run down a dirty. The staff are nice. But, often my medication is not available at the pharmacy. I had to change where I get my medication because of this issue. If they do not have it, they will not have it sent to their location. You will just go without, unless you can get to a location with your med. The good news is that they are 24 hours, so if they have your med it is great.
CVS pharmacy service is great! I enjoy coming here because the time to pick up prescriptions are convenient and fast. The Pharmacy Technicians always greet the customer / patient with a smile and friendly attitude. I appreciate the service and express thanks to all of you who show pride and professionalism during my visits!
🚨🛑🚨 Attention Store Manager & District and Regional Managers. Clean the air ducts in the pharmacy! The pharmacist and Technicians are exposed to MOLD & DIRT coming out of the air ducts! This can be seen from the drive thru as well as standing in line to get your prescription. 😫 They are preparing our prescriptions that means our medication could potentially be exposed to this bacteria as well. 🧫🦠 Imagine the pharmacist and Techs who have allergies?! CLEAN the A/C vents and ducts. 🚨🛑🚨
I love CVS pharmacy located in Plaza Blvd. National City, CA. I’ve been their customer for over 20 years. The good thing about CVS they’re open 24 hours and they will remind you via text when your Rx is ready to be picked up. The staff are very helpful and professional.
They need to have two lines for the drive-thru one for people that do not have their prescriptions ready and another one for the ones that do. People are waiting in this line for over an hour to pick up the prescriptions.
