The Boba tea was not great. The Boba was both chewy and hard. The Vietnamese coffee is very good but they put too much ice and not enough product. The baked goods are limited and hardly available in the afternoons. There is a loyalty punch card for sandwiches/ drinks. Canned/bottled drinks available because there is no fountain drink machine. The noodle bowls and bahn mi are good too.

My husband and I love coming here. We love their pho and banh mis. Their teas are delicious too. We have been here about 3 times already and we are definitely going to keep coming. Definitely recommend their pho. It has been our comfort food go to.

If you’re looking for legit milk tea, this place is definitely worth it! The drinks are not too sweet, which makes them perfect to enjoy. Same goes for the blended iced drinks — they’re blended really well and have just the right amount of sweetness. You can really tell the quality in every cup. We enjoyed everything we ordered and every cup was worth it!

I bought the B3 beef bulgogi and the half cheddar half sausage. Dine in. The price is paying for a polite experience and taste of fresh Vietnamese cuisine. The beef bulgogi was sweet and savory and the half cheddar half sausage made me full. I would order the pho next time to see if it's good. Lastly gave me water that's sealed like bubble tea without me asking for a straw or a seal that was really kind of them.

We just recently moved to the area and decided to venture out and try a new place. I’m so glad we went in! Pho is one of my favorite dishes so I ended up getting their eye round steak pho and it was so delicious! My husband got the pork belly banh mi and also really enjoyed it! We wanted to try their teas but were too full afterwards. We will definitely be back and I’m so excited to have a pho place 10 minutes from me!
