This is a wonderful temple to learn Mahayana Pureland Buddhism and Chan meditation for all levels of practitioners. The teachings are rooted in Chinese Buddhism but geared towards modern day Americans, and are taught in many languages. The monastics here are great teachers and the community is super friendly. Kids are very welcomed and even allowed to run wild in the middle of dharma assemblies or sutra talks!

A hidden jewel in the Sunset! A sanctuary of serenity in the heart of the district. The Dharma Treasury Temple is a place where one can raise the banner of the Dharma high and quietly hone the blade of prajñā ( wisdom ). The stillness here is profound, and the Dharma talks are clear, nourishing, and sincere. Whether you're a devoted practitioner or simply seeking stillness in a chaotic world, this temple welcomes you with dignity and peace. Step inside, and you'll find not escape, but a deeper return to what truly matters.

Our family (me, my husband, and my kids - 11 & 8) went to Dharma Treasure Temple for 10000 Buddha Relics Exhibition. The Monk, Nun, Volunteers and visitors here are kind and friendly. The Exhibition is unique and interesting. We felt very lucky that we got a chance to visit and meet new friends, and learned new things. Thank you!

I visited the temple when they had a Buddha finger bone and tooth on display. Certainly a very interesting exhibit.
