Niesy was AMAZING with re shaping my almond shape. 9 times out of 10 I’m not impressed with how nail techs shape my nails. She gets a 10 out of 10. I wanted to only come back to her from now on, but when I checked out it was $70 for just a fill with gel nail polish so unfortunately I won’t be bc I don’t like to pay more then $50 but if you’re cool with $70 I definitely recommend Niesy.

I have been coming to this salon for over four years. This is the only salon I've been going to since I moved to Tampa. Yes, they know how to do nails but at the same time, the prices have always been high, and I was biased to Go there because I liked the girl that works at the reception. I'm sure I have spent at least $5000 in this place until last week when I went and just asked the only nail tech working to paint one small toe of mine. Granted I called before going...hardly can communicate when no one speaks English, got me to drive 20min to there just to say she was busy with another client. I explained that it was just tbe small toe...even asked the other lady if it was ok if I stole her for a minute. Even when the other client said it was ok, the nail tech kept saying sorry she can't do it for me. I'm not trying to sound entitled or anything, but if I keep going to a place once a month for brand new set and pedicure and spend $150 and tip Every single time just to be treated like this??? I promise you y'all will never see my face or my cash ever again. If you don't have 2 minutes to accomodate me, then i'd rather go somewhere where they acknowledge my loyalty to their place and can at least speak English. Never going back there

Edited: After having one of the most disappointing nail experiences ever, I will not be returning to diamond & nails spa. I made an appointment over 2 weeks ahead of time, but they must not have thought we were going to show up. We wait 30 minutes to ensure we can get our nails done together (as I emphasized when I made the appointment and when we showed up) however, they only did one our nails. I sat with my feet soaking in cold water for the entirety of my friend getting her nails done. Meanwhile walk-ins and later customers were being cared for. It wasn't until my friend was finished with her nails that anyone realized that I hadn't been taken care of. Tampa is a big city, you're better off going somewhere else where you're actually appreciated as a customer. This was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon, which is sad to say because they can do nails very well. That means nothing when you don't matter to anyone in the building though. Previous review: Diamond Nails was such a nice environment with really friendly staff. Even though it felt like I was the only one in the room speaking English, I loved the service performed. The prices were a little higher than what I expected, but my nails looked 10x better after the cleanup & shaping, and that was BEFORE the gel polish.
