Diem Chau South Jersey

Diem Chau South Jersey is listed as a pharmacy in Pennsauken, New Jersey, at 5115 NJ-38, Pennsauken, NJ 08109. For people searching for a local pharmacy in Pennsauken or elsewhere in South Jersey, this location offers a nearby place to visit and speak with staff. The information available does not specify particular medications, clinical services, insurance plans, or other pharmacy offerings, so customers should contact the business directly to confirm whether it can meet a specific need. Its public rating is 4.8 out of 5 based on 13 reviews, a positive overall score from a relatively small group of reviewers.

Customer feedback points especially to the service experience. Reviewers describe the staff as helpful and friendly, and one customer appreciated assistance taping a box. Other comments praise the customer service and say the premises were clean. These details offer a practical sense of what visitors have noticed: a tidy place and staff willing to help with a small, hands-on task. The reviews do not describe a particular selection of health products or signature pharmacy services, so it is best not to assume what is stocked or available. If you are looking for a specific item, service, or kind of support, checking with the team first can help set expectations.

Some reviews also mention sending packages, including a customer who said they had shipped an item to Vietnam. That customer reported that the recipient had not received the package after nearly a month and raised concerns about the lack of an update and the air-freight cost compared with sea freight. This is an important part of the available feedback for anyone considering a shipment: delivery times and costs can matter, and the review describes an unresolved concern. Before sending a parcel, ask staff about the available shipping options, estimated timing, tracking or status updates, and total charges. Confirming those details in advance can make it easier to decide whether the service suits your needs.

Diem Chau South Jersey is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; it is listed as closed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Because the schedule is limited, it is sensible to check the hours before making a special trip, particularly around holidays or if you need a specific service. The combination of positive comments about cleanliness and helpful customer service, alongside a reported shipping delay, gives prospective visitors concrete points to consider. Whether you live nearby or are traveling along NJ-38, contact the business to confirm current hours and ask any questions about its pharmacy offerings or package-related assistance.
