Sign in to reviewWow, wow, wow... The staff here are incredibly humble, kind, and patient. This is literally the Chinese version of Chick-fil-A. I am thoroughly impressed with how they hire the right people and consistently show superior customer service! You won't believe you are still in a huge city, especially since Chinatown is always busy and people can be a bit rough. Before it was my turn to order, I witnessed the Ding Tea girls patiently explaining items to new customers and waiting for them to decide. When it was my turn, I was distracted about my elderly mother's missing purse and gave the wrong order to Roxane. I wanted two milk Assam black teas, but I failed to disclose the 'milk' part. 🤦🏻♀️ 🤯😫😩😞When I saw the drinks, I realized my mistake and told them that what I truly wanted... Then ⭐️Laura ⭐️was like angel🪽kindly told me not to worry as they'd remake them for me. She even said not to worry about the price difference. No one made a face or an unkind remark, or showed the slightest dismay. 🤯🤯🤯 So unreal... Thank you!!! You have certainly secured me as a loyal customer. Of course, service alone would not suffice in this competitive market if the teas were not also top-notch. I keep returning because I genuinely do not need to go anywhere else.🙏🏻🥇🙏🏻
I had a great experience at Ding Tea on Bellaire! The boba was amazing—perfect texture and flavor—and the drinks were made just right. On top of that, the customer service really stood out. The staff was friendly, patient, and made the whole visit enjoyable. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
I loved the ding tea fruit drink and my mom had the Logan ginger milk tea with extra ginger safe to say it was incredible I’ve been here twice I was helped by Nathan am DEFINITELY coming back make sure to give it a shot
They have pretty good bubble tea. The employees are really nice and very accommodating when asking for customized orders. Nice people. Good beverages. My husband got the cantaloupe iced tea and it was delicious. Smells just like a refreshing slice of cantaloupe. We even won and ipad during their 1 year anniversary event.
