Sign in to reviewCame here after my son’s graduation and ordered a lychee tea. The drink tasted absolutely horrible — like the milk or creamer was expired. I honestly felt sick after taking a few sips. I politely let the staff know something seemed off with the drink, but instead of trying to make it right, they told me they couldn’t do anything unless I paid for another drink or a remake, which I found completely unreasonable. The customer service was disappointing. No one seemed to care about the issue or customer experience at all. Situations like this are exactly why businesses lose customers. I definitely won’t be coming back.
When you walk in, the set up is beautiful with modern decor and an open concept layout. The place is huge with plenty of seating. The atmosphere was nice, up until we got to the person taking orders. The first words out of his mouth when I asked what a snack was made of was "the ingredients are on the back", in a demeaning tone, and it only got worse after that. So much so that we ended up leaving without ordering because of the disrespectful and nonchalant attitude of the people working up front. We made sure to mention this was our first time coming here and letting them know that the menu is immense and it's hard to decide. There was no inkling of recommendations or knowledge of what the drinks were made of by one of the people up front. I'm sure there was nothing personal about the way they handled us as new customers, but you lost our business because of your attitudes. There are plenty of other boba places to check out in this neck of the woods with much nicer staff. Attitude is everything. We ended up getting drinks from Bistro B and had a great experience.
I'm not really into Milk Tea, but my sister LOVES this place so I came with her. Her & my niece got the Monster Bobo & I got the Taro Milk Tea (has non-dairy cream). I prefer a Taro smoothie, but enjoyed this!! 😋 They have quite a bit of options to choose from. The salmon skins, however, are an acquired taste. It has the texture of pork skins & are very seasoned, but I think I'll like the potato ones better so will have my sister grab me a bag next time. Was happy to see the salmon is Wild Caught!! 👏🏽 My niece & I gave it ⭐⭐⭐. Their customer service is phenomenal!!!🧋
The Matcha was absolutely disgusting. What kind of color is this? The milk tasted rotten.
Such a cute place. There are a lot of options so I had some questions. The cashier answered them all and helped me pick a really good drink I love ❤️
