Sign in to reviewWonderful place! Cozy, cute, perfect playlist in the background. Excellent customer service. My Winter Melon milk tea was perfect. But it is small space, so I wouldn't take a group of people there and I wouldn't be super surprised if I went there one Saturday and couldn't find a place to sit. Also, it takes a while to get your drink, but it was made to order and came out perfectly, so it was fine for me. I can hardly wait to visit again.
Great bubble tea spot with a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The drinks are fresh, flavorful, and highly customizable, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and the cozy environment makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a treat. Definitely a go-to spot for quality boba and excellent customer service.

I have never experienced such a terrible Ding Tea location until today when I visited this location. The employee at the front did took the order for the customers in line in front of us and afterwards he had us standing there for over 5 minutes. Not once were our presences acknowledged in the entirety of us standing there waiting to place our order. I understand if you’re busy and overwhelmed with orders but it’s common courtesy to at least greet the customer and let them know you’ll take their order shortly but absolutely not a peep came from the employee. After placing our order for two brown sugar milk teas it took over 25+ minutes to receive our orders. That’s unacceptable. Never in all the locations I have visited has it ever taken that long to receive such a simple order. This location needs to do better and hire more employees if one can clearly not handle it on their own.
I am new to the Arlington area and came across Ding Tea on social media. Now it is our favorite place to get some boba and hang out for a few hours. My son loves this place, because he gets to play on the claw machine, and enjoy the patio area. My husband and I also added our own heart lock on the wall which is such a fun and memorable touch. I recommend this place if you want a good drink, and fun environment.
