Divis Reflexology Massage and Spa

I’m sad to be writing this review, but I feel it’s important to make others aware of my experience with their combo package (1-hour body massage plus regular manicure and pedicure). When I sat down for the manicure and pedicure, I informed the person working on my toes that I tend to get ingrown nails. However, when she started trimming my big toe, she immediately cut too deeply into the side of the nail. It was very painful, and I said “ouch” right away. Her response was simply that she needed to cut my nails. I explained that it hurt and that I normally don’t have issues during nail trimming, but she proceeded to do the same on the other toe. She did not apologize and then switched with another person to continue the service. I did appreciate the massage, which was done by someone else. Because of that, I still chose to tip, as I wanted to acknowledge the person who did the massage. When I got home, my big toe was still in pain, and I couldn’t even wear closed-toe shoes. Additionally, my fingernails were poorly polished, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, despite the good massage, I would not return or recommend this place. I left with a painful toe injury, and overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

I booked back-to-back slots for me and 8 coworkers here at Divis! I really liked the location, which has the affordability and availability of a regular reflexology spa, but also has a really luxurious interior, both in the waiting area and the massage area - very nice! Also, all 8 coworkers gave the massages positive marks, and I personally left in a daze from all of the relaxation 😊

Masseuse seemed very well intentioned but not well trained, lots of movements that missed the mark and didn't do anything beneficial nor feel good. The foot massage portion was great though, only the body was disappointing. I'll probably give it one more try to try a different masseuse

Rarely do I leave a bad review but the massage felt like they were scraping / irritating our feet - then asked to give more of a tip than the 15 dollar tip I already generously gave. Don’t recommend.

Came here with a friend and had nearly the full treatment with oil waxing and more. I had a man help me while my friend had a pedicure from a woman and started to chitchat after. The man had been warm and comforting while making sure I wasn't cold. It was extremely welcoming to me and he was thorough with his work. My muscles weren't tense after and my friend got good quality work from the service. I'd likely come back.
