If you are comparing massage therapy options in Boston, this is a local practice with a strong customer rating and detailed reviews about individual experiences.

Reviews mention a range of techniques, including deep-tissue and Thai-style massage, along with gua sha scraping and cupping. One customer described returning for massage, scraping, and cupping while working through limited movement and pain in an arm; another praised the therapist’s attention to tendons and areas of discomfort. These are individual accounts, not a promise of a particular result, but they offer a useful picture of the hands-on, therapeutic focus clients have described. Customers also mention stretching as part of some sessions.

Clients describe DJ as skilled, kind, accommodating, and able to adjust the session to a person’s needs and tolerance. That balance may suit people who want focused bodywork rather than a one-size-fits-all massage, as well as those who appreciate a straightforward conversation about pressure and technique. Reviews also describe a clean setting and a positive, comfortable experience. One reviewer notes that DJ speaks Mandarin, which may be helpful for clients who prefer communicating in that language. As with any massage, sharing your preferences and comfort level can help guide the appointment.

The practice has a 4.9-star rating from 60 reviews. Customers call out fair prices, a welcoming manner, and leaving relaxed or refreshed, alongside reports of more targeted work. Individual experiences vary, so prospective clients can use the reviews as context and discuss their goals directly before a session. Whether you are interested in deep-tissue or Thai-style massage, or would like to ask about scraping, cupping, or stretching, you can contact the practice to confirm which options are appropriate and available for your visit.
