DOKA Bubble Tea

My family loves the taste of the milk teas here. We ordered our drinks from the kiosk and got the 3 Brothers (Grass Jelly, Pudding, & Pearl) and the others with just Pearl. Not a lot of seating inside, but lots of drink options on their menu.

The issue was that your kiosk displayed a “Refund Error.” We don’t understand why customers should have to spend their own time following up because of a problem caused by your kiosk. We expected the business to take responsibility and resolve the issue instead of shifting the burden to the customer. Your response focuses on free drinks, but that was never the issue. The issue was how a kiosk error was handled and how customers were treated. We’ve been regular customers and often bring our kids here on weekends. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The kiosk had a refund error during my friend’s order. We understand that technical issues happen, but the staff/manager was dismissive and rude, repeatedly insisting the kiosk had never had problems instead of helping resolve the issue. Customer service matters most when something goes wrong. We hope Doka improves how they treat their customers.

The drinks were fresh and delicious, service was friendly and quick, and the vibe was super chill. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Definitely a great spot to relax and treat yourself 🧋💛 …

Came in last minute but still had great speedy service, and a picture perfect drink that tasted great! Will be back next time im in town!

We ordered Tropical Special and Mango Sago Smoothie. We realized one of them was Passion Fruit and Mango Slush and I told them that it was wrong as it should have been the Mango Smoothie. The cashier apologized and made the correct order quickly to address the issue. Drinks were refreshing and flavorful, with the right amount of sweetness. Boba was very chewy and fresh. Great customer service to make sure we are taken care of. Rare for businesses to do so these days and appreciated the gesture. Will be back for sure!
