Sign in to reviewThe best cantonese style fried pork chops ever. They beat San Francisco cantonese fried pork chops. They definitely got a good fryer. The same can be said about the fried tofu. The fried exterior layer is so crispy and the tofu magically melts in your mouth. They mastered fried tofu and fried pork chops really well. Fried calamari is also pretty good. It has a good chew to it. My partner really loves this style. Their fried rice is very classic. Can’t go wrong with it at all. The fish maw soup is so delicious. Also, a classic. I highly recommend eating the crispy dishes on site when it’s freshly made because it will lose its signature crispiness as a to go dish.
We ordered the water spinach stir-fry, fried pork chop, and flat rice noodles with beef—and everything was delicious! The pork chop was especially crispy and flavorful, and the beef in the noodles was really tender. The food was so good we even ordered more to go! Highly recommend if you’re craving tasty, well-cooked dishes.
Finally after 3 years in DFW, I found a Chinese.... well slash Vietnamese own restaurant that actually serves good and delicious Chinese food. You can feel the authenticity. You can literally feel the grease on the wall and the tables covered in paper/plastic covers lol. The food is great and worth coming. Try their deep fried cheese shrimp. I thought it be weird but it was pretty good. Took me by surprise. I think the best thing I had was the fish maw soup and the oysters in black bean sauce. All other dishes were also great.
Food was amazing, we had the yang chow fried rice, friend shirmp cheese, wanton soup, and orange beef. They were all 10/10. You must try this place. The owner (I believe) was attentive and provided us with great service. They were polite and respectful. We will definitely be back to try other food in there menu.
Clean and great customer service. Found this on a whim when I moved to Garland and honestly we couldn't stop coming back. Service is excellent and so attentive. Recommend the rice cake omelette with egg, Soft shell crabs, Prawn in shell with chefs black pepper sauce,Dry fry Flat noodle with beef, Young Chow Fried rice. The chilli oil they have on the table is *chefs kiss* but watch out if you don't do spice. A little goes a long way. Make sure you pop in to try their food.
