I went in looking for hot chili oil paste. Has a good array of SE Asian foods. If you are cooking up some SE Asian fare, check this place out for specialty ingredients.

It's nice to have an Asian grocery store nearby me without having to travel to Bellaire for it. This spot is a small Vietnamese grocery store with all the essentials and a good assortment of grab and go Vietnamese snacks that seems to be made themselves. Will definitely try some next time I visit. I met the owner, Ms. Ann, who was very sweet and helpful when I needed help looking for what I needed. Definitely give this place a visit if you're in need of Asian ingredients!

This is the closest Vietnamese grocery store in Katy to me. It’s conveniently located on Clay heading towards Hwy 6. It’s a very small mart so don’t expect them to carry a variety of stuff but they do have the essentials. I mainly shop here when I bedd vietnamese spices or fresh herbs. Love that they also have their own items as well to be sold in the front by ten cashier. It’s kind of cramp in there so use a basket and avoid carts. They also have a meat department but it’s limited. They do have really great beef meatballs if you’re looking to make Pho!

8/31/2022 Needed a jar of shrimp paste en route to home but didn't want to venture to Bellaire. This small store, while pricey, is good enough for small items that you need in a bind. They carry fresh herbs, different cuts of meat and seafood, seasoning spices, instant noodles, frozen delicacies, some dry vegetarian goods, etc in limited selections. The check out counter has fresh made che, banh gio (pricy at $3 apiece), and bbq pork ($7.99/lb). Again, in a bind, this mom and pop store will serve your needs but not likely a place to do your weekly grocery shopping.

This is by far the most Southeast Asian grocery store I’ve been to in Houston. Glad to have a local shop to get my ingredients for Thai recipes.
