Dr. Nguyen’s team is phenomenal! I’ve learned so much about migraines from my providers, Dr. Nguyen, Emily, and Sharone. Jackie is absolutely delightful and the perfect person to start and end your visit at the office. I’ve struggled with migraines for years. They would wake me up from sleep, making me feel debilitating and miserable. Each provider I encountered was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. We tried various treatment options and medications, which helped, but eventually, we found the magic treatment that has completely changed my life. I no longer wake up with migraines or experience them frequently. I went from having 5-7 migraines a week to 1-2 migraines a month!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor and his staff. No one answered the phone for a week and they failed to return my voicemails, so I drove 27 miles to his office to speak with him about my elderly mother’s terrible side effects from her new medication. The doctor came into the waiting room and chastised me for wanting to see him without an appointment, KNOWING his staff failed to respond to my calls for a week. I’ve never been spoken to like that from a doctor. He didn’t care to even ask about my mother’s condition. Upon his demand, I made a tele-visit appointment for the next day at 1:30. However, his office didn’t call when the tele-visit was scheduled to start, so I called his office to ask why. She said I didn’t HAVE an appointment, even though I booked it the day before, speaking directly to his staff, while in his office! Unbelievable. Based on my negative experiences, I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to ANYONE.
