Sign in to reviewTheres not anyway to get a hold of her & then she canceled 2 hours before my last appointment & then today its 3 hours before my appointment & she said i have to come in early or that she wouldn't be there. So my question is why tf does she make appointments then. And oh btw she scheduled me & EEG & its been 4 months & she still hasnt given me the results. However I fell down last month & went to the hospital where they did several studies & it turns out that I have dementia & fibromyalgia. I am sooooooooo sick & tired of all the bs that goes on on California.
Front office is bad! They never answer the phone. Never return calls. Took me 4 months to schedule an EEG because the office wouldn't fax paper work. The girl is always rude to me. She actually grunted at me! I changed doctors because I couldn't handle the front office!
I never even had a chance to see the Dr, the office NEVER answers the phone. you get a voicemail all day long, then after leaving a voicemail nobody ever calls back. A Dr's office staff says alot about the doctor herself. Dont do it, find another one that actually cares!
