Patient feedback most often discusses Dr. Dai's maternity care. One reviewer described receiving information throughout a first pregnancy and delivery, including a normal delivery at 40 weeks. That reviewer also appreciated replies through the patient chart and a supportive phone call when encouragement was needed. Another called Dr. Dai knowledgeable, competent, personable, understanding, considerate, kind, and easygoing. Together, those accounts describe a physician who some patients found informative and supportive through pregnancy. They do not guarantee a particular outcome, but they give prospective patients concrete context when considering maternity care in Fremont.

Public feedback is not uniform, however, and it is helpful to consider the full picture. Some reviewers reported concerns about communication, the amount of time spent during visits, medication prescriptions, or a request for a longer birth-control supply. Others described feeling supported and well informed. These differing experiences are relevant when selecting an OB-GYN, where personal comfort and shared expectations matter. Before scheduling, prospective patients can ask the office about the preferred communication process, prescription handling, appointment format, and how questions about pregnancy, contraception, or other gynecologic concerns are addressed. A direct conversation can help determine whether this practice is the right fit.

The office is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Patients can use those weekday hours as a starting point when requesting an appointment, while confirming current availability directly with the practice. It is also sensible to verify practical details such as accepted insurance, referral requirements, forms, records, and any preparation appropriate for a specific visit. Clear planning is especially useful for patients arranging an initial obstetric or gynecologic consultation in Fremont, California.

I’m so lucky to have found a docter with such impressive credentials and as competent, smart, and knowledgeable as she is. She’s very well spoken, very personable, understanding, considerate, kind, and easygoing. I’d definitely recommend her to family and friends. 👍

I had a very bad experience with this doctor. Unfortunately, she does not seem knowledgeable or professional. She writes all medications by hand and never sends prescriptions directly to the pharmacy, which creates confusion and delays in getting treatment. On top of that, her attitude toward patients is very rude and disrespectful. She does not listen carefully and makes patients feel uncomfortable instead of cared for.

She’s a very traditional doctor in a bad way. This isn’t a review about births by the way, I can’t speak for that. I just wanted birth control pills and she refused to give me the 1 yr supply. BC pills are very safe though. I went to a different general doctor who let me have it. Then this year I tried to request it again from her, and she’s trying to keep this prescription hostage from me by making me schedule an appointment for an exam first. I’m not going to bother with her and just ask my pharmacist or get Opill. I dont know why she wants to force her patients to obey her or go without medication

Dr Jing Dai was exceptional thorough out my maternity journey. She guided me with the right set of information for my delivery. I had normal delivery with my first child, born at week 40. She also replied to all my messages on my chart, she also called me once when I needed a word of support after my child was born. All the staff members are also very helpful especially Jessica. I had a great experience here.

Dr. Dai made my first time pregnancy experience very difficult that I had to change a Dr mid way my pregnancy. She was confrontational about almost everything and not willing to hear out her patient. Dr Dai spent very minimal time hands on with patient and pressure you to do things that you are not comfortable doing. For example if you decline any of her recommendations she takes offense and retaliate against you. I myself work in a healthcare system and I know what it means to make a patient felt supported during their most vulnerable moments. Not sure why the Dr lacked compassion and was unaccommodating to me (but I noticed most of bad experiences was from black & brown women. I wish no-one experience this level of unwelcoming Dr.
