I’ve been going to E.T for years, I would consider myself a regular. recently my experience has been declining. I got a fairy set done and within the week it was falling apart. I didnt have the time in the week to come back as they are closed on my off day. The next time I went back was shortly before Valentine’s Day. I came in for a full set & pedicure my arrival time was 1pm I didn’t leave until after 5pm I asked for a certain design which I will include below but the older man I was paired with kept adding things I never asked for, colors that didn’t match the theme, childlike stars and shapes, I would voice I don’t like what he was doing & he would take it all off and do the same thing again. This took over an hour before I was so frustrated I started to cry and told him to remove everything because even after offering to get someone else he would sit back down and start doing the same things. A nice lady asked if I wanted someone else after I started to break down but at this time my nails were already cut so now I have to soak the rest in acetone to restart with someone new mind you I’m crying this entire time. She does a great job on my nails and then charges me a FULL $110 for them. No apologies, no discount, no reconciliation just a total of over $150. I was so disappointed by this process to think some of the techs know me by name and I wasn’t valued enough when I was done wrong. I was 2 hours late to the gala I was getting my nails done for & despite all of that there’s already a chip in my pedicure and it hasn’t even been a full week. Picture 1, the set I wanted picture 2, the design I was being given (I snapped this quickly after my nails were cut ) 3. My pixie set wasn’t dry so my thumb looked like just 2 days after getting the set done as you can see there’s no grow out 4, my chipped nail. Within my last 3 visits something has been wrong the last situation was my final straw and I’m looking for other places I can be loyal too that have better problem solving efforts. EDIT : I went back as the comment says for things to be “made right” they charged me full price, in fact I was charged $180 compared to the $150 I was charged the day of, the owner lied saying the responses were automated so there was nothing they could or would do despite being promised such. I made another review which they commented on with details that proves the responses are NOT AUTOMATED & basically a scam to charge you more when you come back. I hate that I have to leave this place because they do amazing work but despite their thought of being the cheapest and the best. They’re much cleaner, customer focused and affordable places that would be happy to keep their word and make their customers happy. If you see the recent reviews and as far as 6 months I’m not the only one they do this to & this is a reoccurring problem. I hope the best for the business but i will not be supporting and if you know what’s best for you I suggest you find another place to go!
