Working with Melissa at Elite Events Catering was an amazing experience! She made the entire process so easy, helping me every step of the way to customize the perfect menu for our event. She offered thoughtful recommendations, helped me visualize the space, and truly went above and beyond! The night of the event went seamlessly. The food was delicious, and everything was served and cleaned up right on schedule. I can’t recommend Melissa and the Elite Events Catering team highly enough! We loved working with Elite Catering for our wedding! Whoever says wedding food isn’t good has clearly never been to one that had Elite. Not only was the food bomb, the staff was so professional and accommodating. I asked one of the cocktail hour servers to send over the guy with the crab rangoons (which were to die for by the way) and he brought a whole dang plate just for me lol. My guy. Another thing we really loved about Elite was their flexibility. I’m pretty sure they were the only caterer we found that provided bar service but allowed you to bring your own alcohol instead of having to pay a rate per person or choose from different level alcohol packages. We are in our mid 30s and let’s be honest, (most of) our friends don’t drink like they used to, and what they do want to drink is a bit higher end. We were able to accommodate the quality over quantity we needed without overspending. Overall we were super happy with everything the day of the wedding, and leading up to it with clear communication and flexibility when needed.
Had a truly exceptional experience with Brook, Melissa and their whole team at a wedding at Del Favero Oasis in Citrus Park The package started off with a beautiful charcuterie display with freshest strawberries and blueberries, cheese, and nuts. The food looked amazing al night and was of the highest quality. My zesty lemon chicken over rice tasted like mom’s home cooked and the Mac and cheese was to die for. What really impressed me was the staff, every person working was really great to interact with and I even saw some of them singing along with the songs while they brought out the food. They also came with an adequately sized staff which seems to be too much to ask for from some of the other local catering companies. Brook and Melissa run a tight ship: excellent service and exceptional food. Happy wedding couple, happy family and most importantly, happy DJ. (Jk) Thank you all!

We cannot recommend Elite Events Catering enough! From the very beginning, the entire process was seamless, organized, and stress-free. Setting up our tasting and coordinating all of the menu details, pricing, and general communication was handled by Terri, and she was absolutely fantastic. She helped us personalize our menu perfectly, made adjustments along the way with ease, and was always responsive and helpful. Beyond that, she was genuinely the sweetest person to work with. We loved that she took the time to have real conversations with us, not just about our wedding, but about life in general, which made the entire experience feel so personal and special. The food was absolutely delicious. On the night of our wedding, we received countless compliments from our guests about both the hors d’oeuvres and dinner. We chose the braised beef with red wine sauce and the chicken breast with lemon sauce, and both dishes were incredible, truly to die for! As the bride with a gluten sensitivity, I was especially grateful that they made an amazing accommodation by preparing a gluten-free appetizer just for me. The entire process was smooth, thorough, and exceeded every expectation we had. On the day of the wedding, Olga handled everything flawlessly. She and the serving staff were so attentive, kind, and professional, making sure both we and our guests had everything we needed throughout the evening.
