Entourage Vegas Spa and Health Club is a spa and health club at 953 E Sahara Ave A19 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Its listing shows hours from midnight to 11:59 p.m. every day, making it an option for people looking for a place to visit at different times of day or night. The business is associated with wellness and relaxation facilities rather than food or dining; the available information does not identify a menu or signature dishes.
Customer reviews mention spaces and amenities including a steam room, dry sauna, pool, jacuzzi, and themed rooms. However, reviews also describe concerns about facilities being unavailable or not in working order during some visits. Because those comments may not reflect current conditions, anyone planning a visit specifically for a particular amenity should confirm its availability and any access requirements directly with Entourage Vegas Spa and Health Club beforehand. The listing does not provide a confirmed current amenity schedule, service menu, or pricing details.
The feedback shared by customers is mixed, with several reviewers raising concerns about staff interactions, communication, and the overall welcome they received. One reviewer described being denied entry because of their appearance, while others reported rude service or feeling that questions were not handled respectfully. These are customer accounts, not a complete picture of every visit, but they are relevant context for prospective guests. If feeling welcomed and receiving clear information are priorities, consider contacting the business in advance to ask about its current entry policies, expectations, and facilities.
Entourage Vegas Spa and Health Club may be worth considering for adults in Las Vegas seeking a late-night or all-hours spa and health club setting, particularly if they want to ask about sauna, pool, jacuzzi, or other on-site spaces. Its address on East Sahara Avenue places it within Las Vegas, though the listing alone does not establish travel times or nearby attractions. With a 3.7-star rating from 303 reviews, experiences appear varied. Check current details before making the trip, and use recent feedback alongside direct answers from the business to decide whether the atmosphere and available amenities suit your needs.

First visit: denied entry for being "too femme." Second visit: staff treated every question like it was dumb. Rude, cold, and the vibe was just meh. A space that decides who's welcome based on how femme you look is not okay. The community is evolving, and this place clearly hasn't caught up. Or has the intention to provide quality service to the community.
The workers at Entourage are quite rude, no people or customer service skills. They certainly don't train their workers! Not looking to come back anytime soon. Came on a Wed night which is their local night, only a few guys were there, nothing going on, just empty all around. Maybe when they start treating people right, more locals would show up, in the meantime if you enjoy being by yourself then come on local night
First lets get the false advertising out of the way, I have tried to contact the manager or owner before writing this hopping my issue would be addressed, it has not. …
I seriously think this place maybe closing down permanently, the took down movie area to put up more rooms, i dont think they listen at all to any complaints, rooms are too dark (steam room, dry sauna, jungle room, and confessional. everyone also roams around like they are lost or something. Only two good things about this place... the price and colored towel (which i dont think anyone pays attention to)
06/10/2022 1am - Came here expecting for all their amenities to be in working condition but I was wrong…we paid for a room for 4.5hrs $35 which used to be 8hrs, they never told us the pool and jacuzzi were closed (don’t work), then on top of that they have the nerve to talk about a “tip” (colored young male) like fr?????!!!!! We get into room 37 and it smells like cigarettes, and the bed frame doesn’t look sturdy at all, it’s like a non certified handy man did this type of job!!! Hella irritated at this point….I rather be at hawks at this point!!!!
