I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. The service took longer than expected, and unfortunately I wasn’t satisfied with the final result. A couple of my nails came out crooked specifically on my left hand (ring finger and thumb). There also wasn’t proper cleanup around the nails, so there’s leftover product around the edges. I didn’t say anything at the time because I felt bad speaking up while it was being done, but I left feeling disappointed. I hope this feedback helps improve attention to detail for future clients.
Great way to start the day! Tina was very friendly and suggested a new color that I now love! Alex did great on my pedicure as well!

I’ve come to this place now twice and I really wanted to like them because I’m really trying to find a nail shop over here still that I like. It’s been two years since I’ve been in the area and I cannot find the Nail Shop that I like that provides consistency and the vibes. I like this place because they offer a drink drinks and it has a nice vibe and decor inside so it feels bougie. The prices are definitely bougie, but it doesn’t match the quality. $150 for nails and feet just for my nails to already be gapping at one week is pretty crazy to me. This is actually the second set that’s done this. I got my nails done two weeks ago and I got them done again in two weeks because they were gapping so bad when I walked in a guy who did my nails last time said dang your back already and I’m like yeah because they’re already lifting for Nails to be lifting in less than two weeks means that it was not done very well and for the amount of money that I pay, I would expect my nails to last longer. So because it is very reason, I won’t be coming back here anymore. The search continues.
Epic is a great nail salon! The owner is always so welcoming and the place is very clean and cozy. They have amazing nail techs! I would definitely recommend.
