Horrible insurance Broker company. How do you guys fail to ensure that full coverage is a must when financing a new vehicle? Victor Haudji was my agent, though he was super nice, it doesn't change the fact that he didn't make sure that i knew what i was signing up for. As someone who didn't know anything about cars or insurance, you're supposed to make sure that i have full coverage. Not only did i inform you several times that i need "full coverage" on my vehicle, i also told you that my previous insurance had collision and that i wanted to transfer those same coverages over to the new policy. At that time, I did not know what full coverage meant or what it entailed, i was told by my dealership to ask for full coverage. it was on you as my insurance broker to make sure that i understood what i needed for a brand new vehicle. You instead misled me and made it seem like it was not important, i relied on your professional judgement for help. You disuaded me because it was going to be more expensive even though in the beginning i told you multiple times that this was probably what i needed. On top of that, you never even followed up by showing me what the price difference was, the only thing you said to me was that we may revisit this and add full coverage in a few months. Who says that? This led me to believe that it did not seem important. Once i got into an accident, i found out the hard way of what i was missing and what full coverage really entailed. I am screwed over by you guys and there is no accountability. I Unfortunately i had to go through this wreck to ensure that i now am full covered, this broker company is horrible and negligent. I would never trust this company nor would i ever in a million years ever recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, i’m gonna have to take my business elsewhere after 5+ years due to the lack of care and customer service towards their clients through the years. I’m now dealing with a fraud issue with my car insurance company, and yess Estrella has nothing to do with it themselves, but the lack of concern and care from the agency through this is disappointing. I am now having to deal with this situation on MY OWN plus maybe having to involve lawyers because of an i quote “my hands are tied, i’ve done all i can, if you need to involve lawyers that is your right” instead of trying to help me as much as they can. Prior to this i had another issue involving a different location of Estrella with the lack of customer service as well, sadly its not what it used to be hence why after this situation i will no longer be using Estrella.

Estrella insurance for me is the best, also customer service people are great, and understand,,, Thanks a lot, me I'm a customer 100% satisfied.
