My mom and I have been frequenting this nail salon for at least a year now and we absolutely LOVE IT! Every time we come, we are treated so wonderfully by the staff and the work is always exquisite. I have gotten different technicians each time since I usually walk in and I have never once been disappointed in their work! I had tried many salons in the heights area near me but once I found this one I knew it would be my regular place!

Hana was so sweet and overall very professional! She did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted and I called same day to make my appointment, got scheduled to have my build a gel taken off(because I wanted something different), got the acrylic nails with pink powder and was in lovvee! 🩷🩷🩷🩷definitely check them out. You won’t be disappointed. The staff is great from De/Sammie who is normally checking you in, to Hana for your nails, and TK for your pedicures. Megan is also good if you are wanting (build a gel). 10/10 customer service.

I had a nice time with my daughter at first. I brought my autistic brother along and had him wait in the seating area. That’s when this entitled Karen decided to critique his appearance and go tell the staff he was “touching himself.” I overheard her complaint, so I had to step in and tell her he is my autistic brother and it was not intentional. She apologized after I explained, but the damage was already done. The staff immediately started rushing me to pay and get out, like they just wanted us gone to keep her happy. I felt pressured, uncomfortable, and like they were hustling us out the door. It ruined the rest of the time with my daughter. I will not go back. Places like this attract the high-and-mighty Karen types, and the staff will drop everything to please them and push everyone else out. I’m making a video about this nail salon and how they treated us once that woman complained. Response to management: I appreciate the written response, but it doesn’t match what I actually experienced. The manager never apologized to me or my brother — not during checkout, not at any point. He was visibly nervous and rushed us out the door, and that urgency is exactly what made the situation worse, not better. If this is how the manager handles a complaint, that’s a management problem, not a customer problem. A real apology costs nothing and takes ten seconds. I got neither. And honestly, this response made me feel worse all over again. So now my overall feeling about this company is a double negative — the visit itself, and then the way you handled my complaint about it.

I am incredibly disappointed and saddened to write this. I have been a loyal, tipping, regular here for some time now, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. To be clear, I am not upset with the staff members themselves. I consistently request the same two people because I’ve always enjoyed their work and I know that sometimes techniques just need to be refined. I don’t want them to get in trouble, as mistakes happen; however, this has now become a constant issue. For the second time in six months, I have 'greenies' (bacterial water stains) on my nail beds—this time on five different nails. The set began lifting so severely, allowing water to trap and stain the nail overnight. Even the staff at the front asked what I did for work because he acknowledged they looked bad. I was out of town when the lifting started, but when I returned at the three-week mark, management refused to honor a fix because I was past their 'two-week' policy. For six nails to lift that significantly in under 14 days is an application failure, not a timing issue. The only solution offered was $12 off a full set or to 'take them off,' but as a professional, I cannot walk around with green-stained nails for months while they grow out. I’ve even brought my own products to try and help, as during my last visit I thought it was more of a product quality issue, and not so much as technique as I’ve never really had this problem before, but it’s clear that management values a few dollars over a long-standing customer. It’s a shame to lose my local spot, but I have to find a salon that values accountability and customer service over a buck.

Henrryyyyy did his big one for me today. Y’all I am such a spontaneous person I came in just for a brow wax and brows look great. But the star of the show are my nails he did amazing and I am in such awe at him making this happen. I gave him an example and told him he had free rein to take the wheel and do his thing. He did not disappoint. I wanted a retro abstract rugrats type of them… I know my pictures aren’t doing justice but I had to rush to show yall how happy excited and knowing I’m going to get so many compliments. Per usual but this time gone hit different. Thank you Henry and the entire salon for being so close to home and affordable. You pay to play and I’m gone get keep playing! Will be back in two weeks for my new set! Prepared to be sick of me!!!! 💜💜💜💜 -Ashley
