First time here today! Service was fantastic. The atmosphere was very calm and clean. I got a gel pedi, full set and my fiancé got a manicure. Great pricing. Linda did a great job on my nails, design and all. The lady who did my toenails was great as well, just didn’t catch her name. Will definitely be my new regular spot.

I always have the best experience at Executive nails. Linda does flawless work and I always get complimented on my nails. Service and drinks are great, and everyone is so kind. Today the staff even helped with my fussy 2 month old so I could finish my appointment, above and beyond service every time! I will keep coming back!

This was my first visit to Executive Nails, and I was immediately impressed! The salon is incredibly spacious with such a wide variety of nail colors to choose from! I was greeted right away, which made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. I came in for a full set and a gel pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Linda did my full set, and she was absolutely amazing! I showed her a spring-inspired photo, and she truly brought my vision to life. She is so detail-oriented and took her time to make sure every nail was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work. Diana did my gel pedicure, and she was just as wonderful; so kind, patient, and thorough. She made sure my toes looked flawless and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, I had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back. I’ll absolutely be requesting Linda and Diana again. Highly recommend!

The salon itself is beautiful and has a very upscale appearance. Unfortunately, the service did not reflect the same level of professionalism. When my daughter and I arrived, we were told the wait would be 15 minutes. At the 15-minute mark, we were then informed there were two appointments ahead of us and that the wait would be another 30 minutes. In total, we waited about 45 minutes. During my service, the technician did not dehydrate or apply primer at any point before applying acrylic. He initially applied acrylic to one nail to show me a base color, and I declined. He then removed it and went to get another color. However, even before switching colors, no prep products were used. After returning with the new acrylic, he continued applying product without properly dehydrating or priming my nails. It wasn’t until he reached my tenth finger that I mentioned my nails would likely lift because proper prep had not been done. He questioned my concern, and I explained the steps that were missing. Another employee went to view the camera and confirmed that he missed the Step and he apologized to me and said if anything happens to my Nails that I can come back in, they will fix them As a licensed nail tech with over 15 years of experience, I understand the importance of proper nail preparation and structure. I should not have to stop or remind another licensed professional of the basic steps required to ensure retention and nail integrity. Additionally, no apex was built into the nails. The acrylic was applied in a single bead from the cuticle upward without proper structure, which compromises strength. One of my nails has already broken at the tip due to lack of support. No discount or adjustment was offered, and we paid $95 for the service. While the salon’s appearance is impressive, proper technique, preparation, and structure are essential for quality results. **Update..... Went back to fix the issue the manager was awesome and made sure i was tooken care of! The Nail Tech Sofie Who Did My Nails Did A Amazing Job! Coming back to give a review 16 days after my nails were done here. Amazing! The color, shape and everything was perfect. The nails also stayed on super well, not one fell off. I used to do my nails at other places and because my nails were relatively short, the extensions would fall off around 2 weeks. These have just been really good!
