Last night of our 3 weeks in the US staying in the Hyatt, on a lower floor, just so we could try Fahrenheit. We were not disappointed. Simply fantastic food, great service, terrific views (even though the weather gods were not with us on this occasion) and reasonable priced. I cannot recommend this place enough. The ahi tuna nachos were exceptional (I could have ate them twice). The portion sizes were large so we decided to go with four shared appetizers rather than mains. The Ribs were terrific! Paired with a Cali pinot. Delicious. Great food all around. Only downside was the loud volume of the restaurant - as the evening progressed, the *very* loud voices of diners around us was unsettling. By the end of the meal, couldn't hear my wife across the table. Maybe that is a Charlotte thing, it maybe it was just an international convention of shouty conversationalists in town this weekend 🤣

Celebrated my 50th birthday here. The manager, Sophia, was amazing through the planning stages. The personalized menu was a great touch. The food was spectacular. Service was awesome. The weather didn’t allow for us to go outside but the rooftop views were still fantastic! It was the perfect place to celebrate this milestone.

Our food was; very good. A few minor mistakes were made but nothing we would have sent back. This is where the issue came up for our table of six. We waited 1.25 hours before we received our food. The waitress (Dillon) said it was only 35 minutes because that's when she placed our ticket, that's the issue you waited to place our order. We sat in the front by the door so we saw people who had just came in and received their food 20 to 30 minutes later (not appetizers) because some of the same items they had, we ordered. Atmosphere: awesome, great views of downtown. Great place for photos and setting can be very romantic depending on where you are seated. Moderate dress code would be sufficient but slacks and button down shirt for men / pants suit or dress for the ladies would be good. We would definitely come back next time we're in Charlotte.

On Thursday, September 17, I had the pleasure of dining at Fahrenheit for the first time. I was invited to a surprise birthday/proposal dinner, and I can honestly say the entire experience was memorable from beginning to end. …

It was my first time visiting this place, and I really liked it, though I did expect a bit more from the food given the type of establishment. The view is stunning, and the atmosphere is lovely. The bar service could be improved a little; you have to keep raising your hand to order something—it wouldn't hurt for the waiter or bartender to come over and ask if you need anything else.
