Beautiful works of art! So impressed with her fruit mousse. We got one of each style: banana, raspberry, and mango. I would say that each one is distinctive but the flavors were on point. Favorite was actually the banana for me. Least favorite (though their most popular seller) is the mango. I was a little sticker shocked but once you realize how much work goes into making the flavors and painting each one, it is truly dessert art. Brava!

Wife wanted to come check this place out so we drove almost 1hr. Got 2 of each fruit shape mousse cakes. They where great. The customer service was amazing. We told them it was our first time there so they took the time to explain how they are made and what they have. Also a bit pricey but ain't everything pricey now in days.

Fancy flavors bakeshop has amazing desserts that can be custom ordered! We mostly came for to try their matcha latte and it was pretty good! They use good quality matcha and has good flavor When we went though it was a little humid so was a little hot when we were waiting but overall the cashier was helpful Parking is easy as its a whole big plaza with sprouts Definitely recommend!

@officialfancyflavors I went to this bakery in Saratoga; try me out with those viral fruit-shaped pastries 🍰. Okay, okay, hear me out. You see $15 for each, and maybe a turn-off. Im telling you they should be selling them $20+ ! okay the Art! the flavor! the mango 🥭 one was so yummy the mango punches you in your taste buds refreshing flavorfull not to sweet. white chocolate shell that cracks perfectly. layer of cookie center mango puree with chunks and a sweet cake and all around a light fluffy mango Mousse and white chocolate shell decoration is so cute. We also tried Macaroons crisp and chewy center a little sweet for me but great taste. Had a mocha latte it was good it was a latte nothing to special. OH! and we also tried the chocolate hazelnut pastrie that one had the same layer system as the mango I really liked the brownie cookie bottom on that one with the chocolate mousse and chocolate shell I may have liked that one more then the mango but they were both really really good and well worth the price. I've been wanting to try Fancy Flavors for sooo long, l'm so glad I finally did! I went on a Saturday morning around 8:15. There was no line and service was fast and friendly. Some inside seating but mostly just a grab and go place I feel like. Everything I got was sooo incredible. You need to try the pumpkin basque cheesecake before it goes away!!! I would repeat all these choices again!!!!
