Lure Ball Bites — Today’s Catch: Walking into Feng Cha felt like stepping into a bustling Pokémon Center during a Pokemon GO Community Day with lively conversations everywhere.Trainers sensitive to noise may want to time their visit carefully. I went with their signature Dirty Boba, a move from the shop’s well-known Dirty Series, and it delivered strong Special Attack with a sweet profile that fit my taste perfectly (I ran it at full 100% sweetness). The boba pearls had a solid chew, and while the drink took about 10 minutes to prepare, the result felt worth the wait. Their menu has a deep move pool too with milk teas, coffee drinks, and matcha options, though the Dirty Series stays loyal to milk tea builds. With fair pricing and a flavorful first battle, Feng Cha earns a successful catch and definitely makes me want to return to try a different drink from the roster.

Great quality teas and cakes. Even better customer service! I thought it was a little weird that the cashier didn't want to give me even her first name for this review, but as weird as things are today, I guess I don't blame her. She is a young Caucasian girl with long, light brown hair, and has to be one of the kindest people you'll ever meet! Warm, inviting and helpful. Did a great job! Highly recommend this place!

The matcha cake was great, just the right amount of sweetness! I recommend pairing it with a drink with a lower sugar content. The cake was also pretty sizable for its price, plenty for 1 person or a couple sharing. In other Asian bakeries, you might get charged the same price for a cake of only 1/3 of its size. I'd love to come back and try out more options!

Taro Heaven in a Cup – You’ll Want to Come Back Popped into Feng Cha on Belt Line this last weekend and wow—this place seriously impressed me. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with Boba and it was incredible—super creamy, just the right amount of sweetness, and you can actually taste the taro. The boba was soft and chewy, soaked up the flavor perfectly. The vibe inside is cozy and really well-designed—minimalist, a bit artsy, and super clean. It’s the kind of place where you’d want to hang out for a while, either catching up with a friend or chilling solo with a good drink. Also, shoutout to the staff—everyone was really friendly and patient when I had questions about the menu. You can tell they actually enjoy working there, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely planning to come back soon to try more drinks (and maybe one of their desserts too!). If you’re in the area, this spot is worth checking out.

I like how there are different options for the level of sweetness. There is a variety of add ons/customizations and seasonal drinks.I highly recommend the strawberry breeze which comes with lychee jelly and boba is available to add.
