Sign in to reviewI was disappointed with my experience today. I ordered my usual Lemon Black Tea, but the flavor was very bitter and didn’t taste like it normally does. I went back and asked for it to be remade, but unfortunately the second drink tasted just as bitter. I appreciate that they were willing to remake it, but the quality was still not what I expected. I hope they can pay more attention to consistency, because this is usually one of my favorite drinks.
I love Fengcha! Genuinely has some of the best milk and fruit tea in Dallas. The Jasmine Grapefruit is a favorite of mine, paired with crystal boba for an addicting summer drink. Only issue is the prices feel a bit high for me especially after tip. Basically 8-9 dollars per drink. Maybe that’s normalized now but as someone not living in the US that seems high for a tea drink. Highly recommend tho as an occasionally treat 🧋
We always stop by here after eating lunch. Using the kiosk was super easy. Usually takes some time for the drinks to be made. Haven't really found a flavor that is my favorite yet.
love the creme brûlée milk tea, ube coffee, and mango fantasy! 4 stars because the drink preparation/quality at this location can be inconsistent, especially for blended drinks. will definitely keep coming here as this is the best boba spot in the area
Tea itself was really good, but the service setup on a Friday night was rough. There was only one person working, and even with just four people in line it took about 25 minutes to get our drinks. It would really help if the person making drinks had a mic or some clear way to call out orders. Right now the drinks are just placed on the counter with little to no communication, so it’s easy to miss when yours is ready. At $8 a drink, I’d expect more staffing and a smoother process, especially with the amount of foot traffic you’re getting. If wait times are going to be that long, adding more comfortable seating would also go a long way. Overall, not a great first impression. 1 star for service, wait, and vibe. 5 stars for quality and taste.
