I stopped by Feng Cha near IKEA and honestly think this might be the best Feng Cha location I’ve been to! I ordered the Dirty Boba with taro foam (regular ice, regular sweetness), and it was absolutely delicious. The drink was perfectly balanced, and the boba was cooked just right! The staff member who made my drink was also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I had such a great experience at Feng Cha, big thanks to Casey! From the moment I walked in, Casey was incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive. They took the time to recommend drinks based on what I like, and the recommendation was absolutely perfect. You can tell Casey genuinely cares about customers and wants everyone to have a great experience. The service was fast, friendly, and made the whole visit feel special. It’s rare to find someone who brings such positive energy and professionalism at the same time. Casey is definitely one of the reasons I’ll keep coming back to Feng Cha. Highly recommend asking for their recommendations if you visit!

I’ve been to multiple Fengcha locations, but this place is the worst I have been to so far. I ordered a milk foam lychee oolong with boba, and the drink came out hot. If they do not have the tea available, they could have advised us that, and we’d be happy to pick another one. How could you put a hot tea in a plastic cup? Additionally, they forgot my boba (this is not the first time at this location; the previous times I thought the staff was just new). So they took the tea from my cup and tried to put a lid on top without removing the old seal or re-seal. It was messy and disgusting. Although I like Fengcha, I would never go to this location again. The staff is just careless.

Located in a spacious plaza, plenty of parking. They are right next to Dave & Buster. A couple of tables to sit at, cute modern decor. Easy to order at the counter. I like that they didn't have a large menu. A lot of specialty drinks to choose from. The breeze drinks were actually smoothie instead. I opted for the strawberry overload which was pretty good. I love the fresh strawberry bits at the bottom, much better from the boba toppings. Drinks weren't too sweet and pretty refreshing. Also prices weren't as high as some of the boba prices nowadays. Service was pretty quick and friendly.

Just bought 3 Kiwi Basil Green Tea and all 3 drinks had massive amounts of Kiwi skin. Such a waste. Not only that, I was waiting for 5 mins before I saw anyone start making drinks. I am not sure what is going on but the employees need retraining on prepping and serving.
