Sign in to reviewThe flavor is good as always, with Feng cha comes quality, which is always appreciated, but this location is not the best, service is not great. If you don't care about that, then that's fine, drinks are really good anyways. My personal recommendation is cookies & cream with brown sugar boba and Crème brûlée dirty boba.
Feng Cha in Austin is an easy 5 star spot for bubble tea lovers. Every variety we tried was absolutely delicious, with great flavor and quality across the board. The service was excellent, and the order ahead process was seamless from start to finish. Everything was packed impeccably, making it perfect for takeaway. A go to spot if you’re craving consistently great bubble tea.
Amazing atmosphere! Absolutely friendly & helpful service! Clean and modern. Soft opening, so they do not have everything yet, but they certainly make you want to keep coming back! The drinks are fresh and put into a reusable tall cup ♡ they taste amazing and you can even adjust the sweetness to your taste! If you are not a fan of sweet things, you can get a quarter sweetness, I definitely would recommend that. Oh, and for those that are picky boba fans? Every single boba (tapioca ball) was soft and delicious! The flavor profiles are so well done in each drink! The cakes, oh my goodness!! Light yet dense, fluffy and creamy! Not too sweet, and taste of such simple ingredients, like from your own grandmother! They are topped with all kinds of things depending on which you get! The cake is such a refreshing retreat from the traditional, way too rich cakes. Wonderful presentation! I am in love and will keep coming back! Keep it up guys! You're amazing ♡
These drinks are so refreshing! I add the mango popping boba to every drink. It tastes like sweet mango nectar juice exploding in your mouth when it pops open! I also love that you can customize your drink to your likeness: sweetness level, ice/no ice or a little ice, cheese milk foam on top, etc. I have to say, I’ve never tasted anything like cheese milk foam in my drink before, and I LOVE IT! It’s a must try drink.
I love all the drinks here and the waiters are very dedicated to making them. The moderate sweetness and rich tea scent impressed me, along with the fatty taste of the cheese foam which is very special compared to other places I have experienced. I'm a big fan of pearl milk tea, so I'm quite picky about choosing where to go there regularly.
