Feng Cha Mesquite

When for the first time and gotta say it's one of my favorite bubble tea shops now. I ordered cookie crush it was really good and I am definitely going to come again. A little disappointing that their desserts were sold out I was looking forward to trying something. Overall service was quick and drinks were well made.

12/13/20205 & 11/27/2025: I have been to this Feng Cha twice. I ordered through the app for pick up. The store sends a text when your order is ready. I got 4 drinks (Thai tea, fruit teas, milk teas) each time. All the drinks were good with no complaints. Since there are not many solid boba options in this part of town, so I am glad Feng Cha is around. I do wish there were more drink selections and customizations. Also, the app a little laggy, which can be annoying.

First time trying Feng Cha and I don't know if they just didn't make the drink right, or it's normally just not good. I though it would be hard to mess up milk tea and caramel, but they did it. When I get there, there's like 5 girls behind the counter, I'm the only one in the restaurant, and not one of them even offered to help me. I literally asked them if we're supposed to order through the kiosk or if they take orders. I order the dirty boba and it's undrinkable. I should've known something was off when the girl told me to "make sure to mix well". Why didn't they mix it? I drink it and it just tastes like nasty caramel syrup, and some kind of watered down milk that tastes like dirty tap water. Texture of the boba wasn't right, either. It was literally appalling. $7 waste.

Have only been to this location twice and I will not be going again. Went in today around 2:30 with my daughter. There was no one there. We were greeting when we entered ... we responded. Due to my daughter's anxiety we decide to order at the kiosk it let's her take her time and not feel rushed. As we are putting in out orders the ladies at the counter just kept staring. One actually looked like she was offended we were there or maybe offended because we chose to order at the kiosk. I dont really know. Once our order was ready we went to pick up at thr counter and the face the lady had was so off putting we just decided to not ever go back to that location. Our first encounter was more or less the same. Need to work on thier customer service skills and maybe their poker faces.

We ordered the brand new ube cafe latte FengCha just released as delivery. They were accidentally made as matcha instead of coffee. Well since we are not fans of matcha, FengCha was extremely caring and not only remade, but also redelivered the drinks to us at our convenience of time. We are big tea, boba, fruity lovers and FengCha does it right. My family personally finds 75% sweetness to be just right. I highly recommend the mango fantasy, bursting dragon fruit, taro milk tea, oolong milk tea, crème brûlée dirty boba, boba, crystal boba, lychee jellies. We are happy to have FengCha in our community to visit often!
