I had a very unpleasant experience at Fiesta Mart on sunday 26 april 7.40pm by a man named JOEY . While I was still organizing my items at checkout,he told me to move aside if I wasn’t ready in a very rude and dismissive tone mind u there’s noone else in line. When I was checking out l realized I needed to remove a few items to stay within my budget, which is completely normal while shopping and he was so agitated to even make. sarcastic comment saying that if he was me and “smart,” he would have calculated everything beforehand. The situation escalated further when he kept interrupting me, speaking over me going back and forth, and rushed me aggressively while I was trying to complete my payment, saying things like “we have more customers.” His overall attitude was hostile, impatient, and unprofessional. What’s concerning is that I’ve seen this same employee previously involved in another argument with a different customer, which suggests this may be a pattern of behavior. Customer service should never feel disrespectful or degrading. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training, because no customer deserves to be treated this way

Overall good multi ethnic grocery store a little bit of everything, fresh vegetables and fruits section 😋, dry goods , great selection of Hispanic products 👌, great Seaford section with live crab 🦀 available 😀 meat 🍖 counter with a lot of meat selection to choose, dairy area with different cheese 🧀 options and creams to choose. Latino candy and snacks section with great selection 👌 if you are looking for something from your country hard to find probably you will find it here. Fair prices and sometimes good deals on sale, friendly staff and clean store. Hot food section with a lot of dishes to choose 😋 yummy. Food ready to go and enjoy 😉 I personally recommend this store overall.

Wanted to try out this store and they had delicious and large avocados and tomatoes, which is exactly what I was mainly looking for! NEVER skimp out of a local Mexican Supermarket for their produce because I swear it’s always so big and very fresh!! 🙏🏻 I also loved the milk sized carton of horchata that I got as well, it was gone in 2 days! 🤪

I have never felt so disrespected and targeted while simply trying to grocery shop. At Fiesta on W. Airport Freeway in Irving, I walked into the store carrying an EMPTY reusable H-E-B bag because I only needed a few items. Instead of being welcomed as a paying customer, I was immediately surrounded and pressured by a Hispanic security guard demanding to see inside my empty bag before I could even shop. I have been to countless grocery stores with reusable bags and have NEVER been treated this way. What made the situation worse was how aggressive and persistent the behavior felt. I am a woman of color, and the way I was singled out was humiliating and uncomfortable. On another visit, I wore my work vest The same Hispanic security guard could not stop staring at me throughout the entire store and even during checkout. Instead of feeling like a customer, I felt like I was being profiled and monitored the entire time for no reason other than how I looked. There is a major difference between store security and targeting customers. No customer should walk into a grocery store and immediately feel treated like a criminal before even picking up a single item. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being approached and watched in this store because the experience was degrading, hostile, and unacceptable.

90/100 if you like variety, some Asian influence choices mixed in, you will have found your happy place. Update: I made another visit here! This time I found the freshness of the seafood, in my perception and opinion, questionable when I reference some of the Asian markets, variety and availability were on par with my earlier visits. I did not, however, see the immediate need to lower the star rating for the place. I do plan to visit, soon, and see whether a trend becomes evident.
