The studio has earned a 4.5-star rating across 68 reviews, with customers often describing it as small, clean, and inviting. Reviews especially highlight gel manicures with Stephanie, whose careful, gentle approach has made the salon a regular choice for some clients who return every three to four weeks. If you are looking for a more personal appointment in Portland rather than a busy, impersonal salon experience, Fleur De Lys may be a good fit. The setting is described as simple and relaxing, with clients coming and going and familiar faces among them.

Gel manicures are a signature service mentioned by customers. Reviewers appreciate the attention given to the manicure, along with practical guidance about routine nail care; one client also mentions receiving nail files to use at home. Seasonal color choices, including fall colors, have been noted as part of the appeal. Customers also value the products and the studio’s approach to the salon environment. One review specifically praises the use of high-end products and the absence of jetted tubs and massage chairs. Together, these details suggest a focused nail appointment centered on the service itself, rather than an elaborate spa setup. Experiences can vary, as one reviewer reported problems with an uneven gel manicure that began peeling soon after the visit, so it is sensible to discuss your preferences and any concerns directly when booking.

The studio is tucked away on the second floor, so allow a little time to locate suite 8 when you arrive. A reviewer recommends listening to the booking recording for directions, which may help you find the entrance more easily. Advance booking is also worth considering: repeat customers note that they schedule ahead, and appointments can be in demand. Fleur De Lys Nails Beauty Bar is open Monday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Checking the current booking information before visiting is a practical way to confirm availability and plan around the studio’s limited weekly schedule.

For Portland residents and visitors seeking a gel manicure in a small, clean studio, Fleur De Lys Nails Beauty Bar offers a welcoming option with an emphasis on careful service and a calm atmosphere. Its customer feedback includes loyal regulars as well as a range of individual experiences, giving prospective visitors useful context rather than a one-size-fits-all promise. The salon may suit people who value a gentle appointment, thoughtful attention to nail care, and a more personal setting. Find it at 975 SE 11th Ave, suite 8, in Portland, Oregon, and book in advance if you have a preferred day or time. A little preparation can make your visit smoother, especially when locating the second-floor studio.

Just what I wanted! Small and clean studio, Stephanie did such an amazing and careful job on my gel manicure. She was very lovely and gentle. She even gave me nail files and educated me about routine nail care. Really loved this place and will defintely return/recommend! Plus, fall colors!

I really wanted to like this salon. The space itself is very cute and inviting. Unfortunately, the gel manicure I received was one of, if not the, worst manicure I have ever had. The gel has cracks, bumps, and bubbles in it and is very uneven and already starting to peel after one day. I had asked for a simple nail art detail and showed the nail technician a reference picture and she claimed that it would be "super easy, no problem!" but the end result was nothing like the reference picture. The lines were uneven and messy and there are even bits of hair from the brush she was using stuck in the polish. I honestly felt like I could have done a better job myself. I ended up paying over $100 for my manicure and pedicure and I wish I had just gone to my usual salon and paid $60 for a much better result.

Received a gift card for this local, healthy nail spot. A few notes. Listen to the recording when you book so you can find it. I walked around the outside building in the rain for 10 minutes. It’s tucked away on the 2nd floor, although it …
