Recommended eating at this place 100% of your looking for healthy good food that leaves you satisfied while not feeling gross then this is the place to go! There are a lot of menu options, I personally tried the chicken coconut curry and it was delicious! Definitely give this place a try!
Loved their new salad 'Spring Ingredient' especially the flavors of the arugula, charred asparagus & crispy-edge tofu slices, the textures of farro and pistachio nuts and the colors of the greens and the golden beet thinly sliced chips. LOVED the location too! Right by the Rail-Trail! Perfect place on a a comfortable evening :-)
The Mother’s Earth bowl with broccoli added is delicious. The atmosphere is nice and spacious with options for both indoor and outdoor seating. The black and green teas are good for no sugar. The lemonade is delicious. I still need to try other items on the menu, but I can highly recommend from this experience.
A bit pricey, but ingredients are very fresh, you get a good amount of food, there’s a wide selection of food and drinks, and there is great creativity on the menu. My fiancee I went during peak lunch hour and everyone working there was so friendly. The atmosphere was also SO nice!
The bowl tastes decent. Veggies as well. I did receive cold sweet potato fries. They did replace with fresh ones. This is a very small portion of food. So whomever said this was a decent portion of food doesn’t have a grown man stomach. I drove out of my element just to try this place as I am now eating different. However this can’t be filling. I’m giving it a chance. Maybe I should have asked for double protein. This spot is in uptown charlotte. So I know what that means for me. Flavor is okay, just portions are almost non existent. This for me is definitely a bougie spot that charges full meal price for minimal product. I’m going back to the hood where I belong. At least I can eat a real man meal at a decent price and taste is good and portion size isn’t compromised. I came I saw I tasted and I’m still hungry. First time here. In order for me to come back and support, I would have to eat before I come back to eat. I did enjoy the green unsweetened tea. Refill please. Sometimes as we try to find our way to greatness, we fall down. We must get back up again. I just spoke to who I think was the manager, she took my feedback head on. For that I will be back as she did sincerely apologized about my experience. I respect that to the fullest. I know me and I don’t sugarcoat. Again food tastes flavorful, I’m just not use to the smaller portions. I do thank the staff for trying. When I come back, I’ll try the salad as it looked more filling to my gut.
