First time here, so delicious!! Nice assortment of fresh cupcakes to choose from. Tried the Banana Pudding & Snickers. So good. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Highly recommended!!
Probably the best cupcakes we’ve tasted in Texas, we had Banana Pudding, Strawberry Shortcake, and Carrot Cake, all were delicious with an idea ratio of cake to frosting. Cakes were moist and tasty and the frostings were light, creamy and flavorful. Staff was very helpful and the seating was clean and quiet. Looking forward to trying Black Velvet and German Chocolate.
My husband and I walked in for the first time and purchased 4 cupcakes. Banana pudding, strawberry shortcake, red velvet and carrot cake. We got home and tried each one, they were all a little dry but ok. The last one we tried, the carrot cupcake was the best….we were watching a movie and my house was dark…I took a bite and something was off…I turned my flashlight on from my found just to find out that we were eating a MOLDY cupcake. We immediately called and the girl on the phone was sweet however didn’t offer a refund of at least the moldy one..only offered to replace it. That is entirely upsetting because after what I experienced I don’t and won’t eat there again. Wish they would do better with customer service and quality of product. Definitely would not recommend. Update: I will gladly take a refund and not a replacement. The comment regarding the Dallas stars and American Airlines center is totally unnecessary as while posting my review I also noticed that I wasn’t the first this has happened to and given the fact that you have been in business for over 15 years as stated every location should be vigilant in what you are serving your customers especially given your length in service. Please let me know how I’ll be able to obtain the refund. Thank you!
Absolutely WORST cupcakes and customer experience I’ve ever had! This is the first review I’ve ever made on anything ever and I’m doing this so no one else getting stuck spending 6.00 on a cupcake and it being at least two days old and the so dry we were not able to even finish! I had company in town, and instead of going to Small cakes I chose Fulellens, wrong move. I spent over 100.00 in cupcakes. When I called to let them know how horrible they were, I was told if I had the cupcakes I could bring them in for an exchange. Obviously I’m not bagging up half eaten cupcakes and driving 30 minutes for an exchange. I’m extremely disappointed. Something else the cashier told me when I called, was that the cupcakes are not baked there and can sit in the case for up to two days🤢
Ordered cupcakes for the very first time and wasn’t impressed at all. Great cupcakes are at Small Cakes soooooo much tastier and soft with just an overall better presentation and softness. Owner is correct- one located in Frisco and the other in Prosper. Was providing my experience only, thanks for the offer for VIP service.
