Sign in to reviewThey don't carry many common Mexican essentials or Asian. The place clean, but no one seems to be keeping an eye on the produce...this photo was taking this week. You know how long they must have sat there to get this bad?? Also took me a good 15 mins just to find the chicken broth
This Food 4 Less location may not have a lot to highlight, but it does have some strong positives. The store is usually not crowded, so the lines are short and checkout is fast. Compared to other locations—like the one in El Cajon—the atmosphere here feels calmer and more relaxed. The customers are generally respectful not like the getho people that shop in other locations and it’s an easy place to shop without dealing with chaos or long wait times. Overall, it’s a solid store. It’s not a high-end market like Albertsons or Sprouts ect, but if you want affordable groceries and a low-stress shopping experience, this is a good spot
Santee Food 4 Less is the best. Went shopping near midnight and store was on point and fully stalked with everything I was looking for. Not one item was out of stock. Plus the area is super nice. No bums or riff raff hanging around late night either... Ty
I like the checkers, but the people who stock the shelves seem VERY annoyed if you even say 'hello'. They won't make room to get produce when you want to buy something. They made you reach aroused them. Then they act angry that your in the way. Shouldn't employees be friendly and welcoming especially if you work with the public? maybe a meeting with those extremely rude employees.
The Santee store is always clean, has some hard to find items, and all at a Good price
