If you aren’t Spanish this isn’t the place for you. I go here often on my breaks and if I’m not with a Spanish speaking coworker I get the worst service. I went to grab coffee and some snacks and I was given an attitude because I didn’t answer in Spanish. Then the worker intentionally gave me a busted bakery item that’s rock solid it was the third item in instead of just taking the one from the back.
Delicious set of pastries! They had a wide variety of savory items and sweets — the chicken and beef empanadas were really fresh, and the hazelnut pastry plus the pineapple upside‑down cake were absolutely awesome. A great spot if you love trying different baked treats!

I came to this location for the first time to give it a try and waited for them to open because the menu looked great. However, when I arrived, the staff were in a bad mood—apparently, they didn't want to work that day—and were unfriendly. When I went to place my order, it turned out they had nothing from the menu available; they wouldn't even take the time to make a simple ham and cheese sandwich, offering only cold items or leftovers from the previous day. The Venezuelan employee was so rude and hostile that I will never, ever come back.
The food is great but the customer service is lackluster. I typically like to visit every time I’m in the area but the preferential treatment of Spanish speakers gets annoying. After a number of times of allowing them to skip the line - and it has happened to others I’ve spoken to- I progressively lose interest in wanting to continue to support this business. All I ask is you please do better
