Incredible bakery. So happy to have it nearby. The stuff that really jumps out is anything that combines the savory and sweet. For example, they did this... savory rosemary pound cake thing with a whipped lavender ricotta icing that is among the best single bites of anything I've ever eaten. I was also completely shocked how much I loved their cacio e pepe tart. Very inventive, very European, but hearty and flavorful, not fussy and delicate. Also, the bagels are no slouch. I do think they should offer a house schmear or three, though.
Amazing GEM in West Philly that can easily be overlooked! But step inside this community bakery for the finest top notch pastries (pure decadence) and all baked goods are sourdough swoon worthy. Catch end of day happy hour where pastries and bagels are BOGO and loaves are $1 off! You will be delighted with what this little bakery has to offer your senses!
Reliable bakery for your Saturday and Sunday croissant run. I love how perfectly buttery and crunchy the croissants consistently deliver. 10/10 on their specials! I also love their pistachio croissant 🤤 highly recommend if you’re in the neighborhood. They deliver at fair prices. But taking a cute morning walk is highly encouraged.
Normally I order via Four World Bakeries’ home delivery, but I decided to visit in person—and I was thoroughly impressed! The bakery boasts an inviting vibe, and the coffee beans are absolutely top-notch. Their bread is incredibly fresh, …
I hate that I work so close to this bakery because I go way too often - everything I've tried has been really good! My favorite things are the cinnamon rolls and the chocolate chip cookies. If you want the biggest selection of items to choose from, you need to stop by early in the day. There have been times I've stopped by at 12pm and they've had basically nothing left (although they seem to always have carrot cake if nothing else).
