Its 4.5-star rating from 2,291 reviews offers a broad snapshot of customer experiences, while individual reviews give a closer look at the people and departments that stand out to shoppers.

The floral department is a recurring highlight in customer feedback. Reviewers describe receiving thoughtful help with arrangements for a first birthday and an event at the Will Rogers Theater. One customer needed 13 flower settings on short notice and praised Kristi for her kindness, reasonable pricing, and ability to create designs that fit the event’s theme. Another reviewer thanked her for work that earned warm feedback from the event committee. These accounts suggest that customers may find attentive, hands-on support for floral arrangements, including occasions where timing and coordination matter.

Customers also call out the personal service they receive from staff in other departments. One reviewer praised Roxy, identified as a deli manager, for quickly and carefully helping with a floral arrangement for a child’s first birthday. Another highlighted Keenan, the butcher, for his kindness and for cutting a steak that turned out especially well at home. Feedback is not uniformly positive, and shoppers may have different experiences across departments. One reviewer was disappointed with the baked goods, particularly chocolate donuts and muffins, describing concerns about dryness, texture, and flavor. That perspective is part of the available customer feedback and offers a balanced counterpoint to the praise for the floral and meat departments. Whether you are planning an event, shopping for groceries, asking a butcher for help, or stopping by the bakery, FRESH by Reasor's in Oklahoma City is a local option with reviews that speak to both its services and the importance of judging each department for yourself.

Roxy (deli manager) came through and help me with a floral arrangement for my daughter’s first birthday. She did an amazing job, was very quick and efficient. She made sure the job was done professionally and handled the flowers with amazing care.

Kristi in the Flower Department is INCREDIBLE. We had an event at the Will Rogers' Theater, and needed 13 flower settings. She helped us in a bind, did it for a great price, and was so kind throughout everything. Highly recommend!

I was excited to try the new setup, but the baked goods were a huge letdown — especially the chocolate donuts. They were so dense and dry that they crumbled apart like cornbread, and the flavor had a strange artificial aftertaste that didn’t taste fresh at all. We also tried the muffins, which were just as dry and dense, with the same odd aftertaste. On top of that, they’ve stopped carrying several items that we used to specify there for, and even the egg section has been moved to an open middle bin that doesn’t seem to keep them as cold as before. The old Uptown had much better bakery items and selection.
