If you are looking for a bakery in downtown Boston with both familiar pastry flavors and more distinctive options, Fuful Bakery is a place to consider.
Croissants appear to be a particular strength, with customers mentioning both sweet and savory choices. One reviewer enjoyed a kimchi beef Wellington croissant that was warmed before serving; another praised the almond and chocolate croissants. Reviews also mention a Biscoff cloud latte and mango and apple pastries. These comments offer a useful sense of the range, while individual tastes can differ: one customer found the mango pastry delicious but was less enthusiastic about the apple filling, and another said the coconut island’s flavors were not to their taste.
Visitors describe Fuful Bakery as cute, with an appealing logo and carefully presented treats. Reviews praise the freshness and flavor of many items, as well as friendly, attentive service. The seating is limited: a reviewer noted a few high-top tables and counters, with about eight seats across four tables. That makes the bakery suited to a quick pastry or coffee stop, or a short visit with a small group, rather than a large sit-down gathering. Customer feedback is generally positive, with a 4.2-star rating from 143 reviews, though some visitors feel prices are on the higher side.

This is the best bakery I have visited on the east coast. Thankfully they have egg free croissants and I tried their almond and chocolate croissants 😍😍😍 the very incredibly fresh and delicious. I also tried the biscoff cloud latter and that was good too. I would highly recommend this bakery for all their offerings. The people are also very friendly and nice.
I had an amazing experience at Fuful Bakery. The food was absolutely delicious everything tasted fresh and carefully made. The pastries and desserts were especially outstanding, with great flavor and beautiful presentation. The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming and smooth. Definitely a spot I’d come back to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality coffee, great food, and top-notch desserts!
I was really excited to check this bakery out—everything I saw in photos looked amazing. From what I ordered, most items were really good and definitely lived up to the hype. The coconut island, though, had some unusual flavors that just didn’t quite work for me. Also, prices are a bit on the higher side. That said, it’s still worth checking out for the experience. I’ve never had treats quite like these before!
The mango one was really delicious, the aroma inside was perfect. The apple one looked very nice but the inside was ordinary, I didn't like it much, but overall it's a successful bakery
Fuful Bakery is very cute -- the logo is adorable as are the treats. There are a few high top tables and counters -- about 8 seats spread out over 4 tables. The croissants seem to be their strong suit -- we got the kimchi beef Wellington croissant, and it was delicious! It was warmed up and was perfectly flaky, crispy, chewy, and buttery. There are thin slices of beef and a bit of kimchi (though not a super strong flavor). I'd definitely get a croissant from here again. I have tried their matcha and black sesame croissants from when they had a pop-up in SoWa and remember thinking the croissant texture was good but the fillings weren't as good. We also got the yuzu passionfruit and mango entremets. I appreciated that the labels detailed each component of each entremet, which helped in our decision making. Overall while I liked the individual components of the entremets, it was not quite sweet enough for me. There were also parts of the entremets that were very hard -- the white chocolate shell on the mango was very hard to break through with a fork or knife, and the cookie bottom on the yuzu required extreme force to cut into. Some of the decorations were not as aesthetically pleasing or consistent as others. Overall I'd come back for the croissants but might skip the entremets next time.
