Fusion Bowl is a Vietnamese restaurant at 504 E Kennedy Blvd in Tampa, Florida, serving guests in the downtown area. Its menu and customer experiences bring together Vietnamese favorites, drinks, and lunch-friendly choices in one stop. The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and closed on Saturday and Sunday, making it particularly suited to a weekday lunch or an early-afternoon visit. For anyone searching for Vietnamese food in Tampa, Fusion Bowl offers options ranging from pho and banh mi to spring rolls, with tea and matcha available as well.

Pho is one of the dishes diners mention. Reviews describe seafood pho with a flavorful broth, and another guest appreciated that the noodles were not overcooked. One reviewer noted that the seafood pho arrived with its components together in the bowl rather than with traditional accompaniments served on the side, so presentation may differ from what some pho diners expect. For a sandwich, the chicken banh mi was praised for its bread, while a chicken spring roll was described as a fresh, flavorful start to the meal. These individual experiences can help visitors decide what sounds appealing, while tastes and preferences naturally vary.

The drinks add another reason to stop in. A customer enjoyed a non-dairy milk tea and recalled that it may have been the chai milk tea or Earl Grey lavender foam tea; they liked the foam and noted that stirring helped blend the flavors. Another reviewer found the matcha good and a good value compared with some popular chains. These comments make Fusion Bowl worth considering for someone who wants a beverage alongside lunch, or who is looking for tea or matcha in the downtown Tampa area. The reviews reflect personal visits, not a guarantee that every drink or dish will suit every guest.

Customer feedback reflects a range of experiences, with an overall rating of 4.4 from 481 reviews. Several guests call out friendly service, and one reviewer said a meal made a jury-duty day much better. Others praise the pho, spring rolls, banh mi, or drinks, while at least one diner found the food bland. That mix of perspectives offers a grounded picture rather than a one-size-fits-all promise. Fusion Bowl may be a practical choice for downtown workers, weekday visitors, or anyone looking for Vietnamese dishes and tea during lunch hours. Check the weekday schedule before visiting, especially if you are planning a weekend meal.

I went to Fusion Bowl right around lunch time mid week and enjoyed a non dairy Milk Tea. Truly it would have been the Chai MT or Earl Grey Lavender Foam Tea. Which ever tea it was, the tea was pretty good. Just enough foam yet you do have to stir a little to taste all of the flavor or the tea as some of the ingredients were at the bottom of the cup. The atmosphere was pleasant. I would sit in there and do work if one works from home. Nice aroma and vibe. Gratitude Fusion Bowl, til next time, have a beautiful one, MJ Alakhai

The matcha I had was good and a good value compared to some of the popular chains. I had the seafood pho. Broth was very good but the presentation, everything in one bowl; the tradition with pho is that the condiments such as bean sprouts, basil etc are placed in a separate plate. For me, I like my bean sprouts undercooked and the basil completely uncooked. Those choices were taken away in this presentation. Also a minor nitpick: the seafood pho was described as containing shrimp and crabmeat. The crabmeat was imitation crabmeat. That's not a problem per se but the description was misleading and not transparent. Staff was friendly and efficient.

I love local restaurants and this looked like a quaint little place so I wanted to give it a try but the food was so flavorless and bland it felt like food you give to sick patients. All I can say is that its edible, like you won't be …

Great service, and the pho was really good. The noodles weren’t overcooked, which I really appreciated. I can’t wait to come back😇
