Sign in to reviewSuper yummy! I had the banana float (w oreo crumble on the top)... it was so yummy and perfect flavored, no added sweetness needed. My daughter had a thai tea with boba. Many options to choose from! Good stuff.....and there was a parking lot...although the spots are tight and drivers drive absolutely nuts right there but still, worth the chaos.
I gotta say this Ube mochi donut was a divine & super decadent treat- not too overly sweet (which I prefer) with dough that was fried perfectly! The only reason this is a 4 star is because as someone from the P.I. I always try every Ube flavored treat available around here—donut, pastry, ice-cream etc—I’ve tried them all. While this Ube donut is superior to many in the area I.e. Nomad donuts’, I definitely think the Ube flavor needed to be more present, it lacked the distinguished Filipino Ube flavor profile you’d expect and that I was ultimately hoping for esp. for a $4 donut. Still, just after this 1 donut I would recommend this spot and the Ube mochi donut as it was overall such a yummy donut experience.
Visiting from Florida and my children were craving boba! Google boba near me and we stumbled upon this gem. The owner and the staff were so nice. The mango smoothie with popping boba were absolutely great. So were the creme brulee and churro mochi doughnuts were fingerling good to the last bite.
There were two extremely patient and kind girls working the counter today and they made this place worth talking about. We are from Orlando, FL and we have been itching to find a good Boba spot for the last 4 days. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I already won the lottery. Their churro donut is phenomenal and light, but what really impressed me was when we went off menu and I asked for a taro coconut item. One of the girls said that she likes those two best when they are mixed together in a smoothie and...she did not disappoint. The taro coconut smoothie is better than anything I have tried in Orlando. In addition, I decided to try something new and asked for the pink coconut milk tea (essentially it was strawberry and coconut). Once again, I LOVED the drink. I hope I do come back to San Diego soon and bring family along with me because I loved the atmosphere, employees/customer service, and menu items. I have a dairy allergy so these two drinks made me feel like there is no other place I would rather be.
we got half a dozen for $20 and they are so good and affordable for mochi donuts! definitely recomend. I'll make sure to visit this spot again when i'm back in san diego
