Gena Beauty Supply

Gena Beauty Supply is a cosmetics store at 7042 Bullard Ave, New Orleans, Louisiana 70128. For shoppers looking for beauty products in New Orleans, LA, it offers a neighborhood stop with customer feedback that frequently points to wig selection, helpful assistance, and appealing prices. The store is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., giving customers a broad window to visit during the week or on weekends. Whether you are replacing a beauty essential or browsing for a new look, the reviews suggest a practical, price-conscious shopping experience.

Wigs are the clearest beauty specialty mentioned by customers: one reviewer calls the prices on wigs the best, while others describe the store as a place they return to for their needs. Reviews also praise the prices across the shop. These are customer impressions rather than a guarantee that every item is discounted, so shoppers can check availability and pricing in person. The comments point to a useful option for people who want to compare beauty supplies locally and ask staff for help while choosing. The focus is on accessible shopping and assistance, not a specific brand or product line that has not been identified.

Some customer reviews also mention phones and screen repair, along with a separate “fun section.” One reviewer says staff helped them find what they needed, and another describes returning for a phone or screen repair and valuing the combination of price and quality. These details come from customer accounts and may reflect services or merchandise beyond the cosmetics-store category; contact or visit the shop to confirm what is currently available. This range may be convenient for customers interested in more than beauty products, while shoppers focused specifically on cosmetics can use the wig feedback as a starting point.

Gena Beauty Supply has a 4.5-star rating from 19 reviews, with feedback that is not entirely uniform. Several reviewers describe helpful service and good prices, while one customer recounts an interaction they found disrespectful and connected to their religious clothing and identity. That concern is part of the public customer feedback and should be taken seriously alongside positive experiences. For a balanced picture, prospective visitors may want to consider the full range of reviews and make their own assessment. With daily hours from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and a Bullard Avenue location in eastern New Orleans, the store is an option for local shoppers seeking wigs and beauty supplies, with some reviews also noting phone-related offerings.
