They not only accommodated easily, but were super friendly. Lee did my nails and Molly, who’s new, did my toes. Both were so kind and so friendly.
I was in the area and decided to get a pedicure while my dog was getting groomed. I looked at a few places online and this place seemed to have good reviews. I walked in, signed in and was immediately sat. The man who did my pedicure was nice, however there were a few problems. 1st problem was the massage chair did not work. I was not able to move the chair back or to turn on the massage chair. The man doing my toes alerted staff but I was not moved to another seat or anything. I am used to having the massage chair going while I get a pedicure. The 2nd issue was that the nail on my big toe on my left foot is crooked. He tried to fix it but it just kept getting shorter and shorter and I just wanted to leave. The 3rd issue is that I needed more paint on my toes because the color is opaque and you can see my natural toe nail through the paint. I needed additional coats but wouldn't go past 2 coats and a top coat was not put on. The 4th issue was that I chose the coconut and milk spa that was around $59 but the bill was $79 not including tip. I tipped $7 because he tried. I wont be back due to all of the issues and the fact that I have to go somewhere else to get this fixed and spend more money. I have added photos. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience just wasn't.
They were very attentive, worked with me to get what I wanted, made great suggestions. Not extremely happy about how hard the pedicure lady was pushing me to get something I repeatedly stated I didn't want. (I get my toes with a simple French tip and have my whole life) .however, my nail tech even did a wonderful job on my brows. I loved the complimentary drink. Prices were very reasonable. I will be back !!
I got a french manicure and was impressed by how neat and polished everything looked. The white tips were perfectly shaped and very classy. I’ll definitely return for another set soon!
I was able to walk in and be served immediately without a wait on a Thursday morning. Before service, I did ask some pricing questions because some nail salons nickel and dime customers, I was very pleased Gigi’s had fair pricing. I had to rethink my color 2-3 times but my nail tech was very polite about it. The service was professional and non intrusive 😊. Definitely enjoyed the experience if I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely stop by. Also they serve drinks: water, soda, white wine, red wine, mimosas. Also they started the massage chair w/o me asking which says a lot to me … at least they pay attention enough to make sure you have a memorable customer experience.
