Glamour Nail Salon Portland Oregon

Prior to coming to Glamour for the first time a few months ago, it had been a VERY long time since I'd gotten my nails done. When I made the decision to pamper myself and my teens, I started the daunting task of searching up places... this one caught my eye based on other reviews and pictures. The 3 of us first came in on Mother's Day as a walk in and although they were extremely busy, they were still able to accommodate us by offering a later appointment that afternoon/evening. We all had different nail techs and none of them disappointed! The 3 of us came away happy with beautiful nails (including a pedicure). Since that appt, I've been back twice more for fills and again left in love with my nails! The space itself is clean and very aesthetically pleasing and they offer beverages and treats. All of the staff we've interacted with were very nice and welcoming. Even when they are at their busiest, someone is there to greet you and make sure you're taken care of. Although Glamour is pricier and father than salons closer to me, I happily drive the distance and pay the higher cost for the quality, precision, and care they give to their clients. Glamour will continue to be my/our go to for nail services!!! *One small thing to note, it's better to pay with cash (of course for a nail salon that's pretty typical), but the first time we went I guess I wasn't paying attention to the notice about being charged a card fee (that was on me) so I was a little surprised when the total was more. So just come prepared/aware :)

I scheduled an apt for same day apt Sunday 3:30pm I’m pregnant and due any day, so I needed some help, especially with my feet and wanted some relaxing time. I asked for a manicure and pedicure with no nail polish. So basically just to please cut my nails down a bit file them and cut my cuticles. + removing calluses. On feet. as soon as the nail tech came up and heard me asked for no nail polish her demeanor change she started cutting off my nails without asking me how short I wanted them or if I wanted them filed a specific style. I had a good length on my nails and wanted them filed but she just started chopping them away and said you want them round right round. I was so shocked I didn’t know what to say so I just agreed with her because there was no going back she cut off a few nails already!!! It’s unbelievable to charge $114 for just cutting nails and cutting cuticles. I get I got a massage and some neck warmer thing that came with it. But nails cut this short and uneven is unacceptable!! I will not be returning to this place ever again or recommending it to anybody. Who charges this much for cutting nails and not doing nail polish To add I also tipped $20 for it! Wish I didn’t tip for the work told them in person how disappointed I was but I’m not a confrontational person.

My first time getting nails done so I was terrified of having my cuticles cut (or touched at all, really) and Ava made the experience super calm and gentle for me 🥲 Scheduling was easy and they called me before my appointment to confirm and make sure I understood what services I was receiving. I got a manicure and a pedicure and thoroughly enjoyed both! The business itself was clean, bright, and the music wasn't too loud. Very pleasant overall! Definitely coming back in 3 weeks 😊

I originally had an appointment at 5:30 and didn't get to show up until 7:00. Quynh helped me out right away even though I was walking through the door right at closing. Extremely friendly. This was my first time getting my nails professionally done with graphics, (I usually just get press-ons) and I am thoroughly impressed. Even though I showed up way after my appointment time and write it closing she still did an amazing job. 10/10

Rose just game me the best set of nails I think I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail was incredible. I am really particular about the thickness and curve… she was so good about making sure they looked good from the side, really smooth and perfect. Absolutely thrilled to find this place. It was also really beautiful, very clean… I will definitely be back!!
