Global Travel

Global Travel is a travel agency in Phoenix, Arizona, serving people who want personal help with travel arrangements and visa applications. Located at 4600 E Washington St, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85034, the office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and closed on weekends. Customer feedback points to two practical areas of assistance: Chinese visa applications and flight searches. If you are preparing for international travel and would rather speak with an agent than manage every detail alone, Global Travel may be a useful local place to start.

Several reviewers describe getting help with Chinese visas, including applications in different visa categories and a Chinese student visa. They praise staff for answering questions, checking that application materials are in order, and sharing status updates when needed. One long-time customer says they received prompt assistance with multiple applications over the years. These accounts suggest that applicants who have questions or need guidance through the paperwork may appreciate the office’s hands-on approach. Visa requirements and processing times can change, so contact the agency directly to confirm what assistance is currently available and what documents your particular application requires.

Travelers also mention help comparing flight options. One reviewer says the agents were able to find fares with more suitable timing and layovers than the options they had found online, and sometimes at lower prices. That is an individual account, not a guarantee of savings or availability, but it gives a sense of why some customers choose to discuss an itinerary with an agent. Whether you are weighing departure times, connections, or different fare choices, it may be helpful to bring your preferred dates and route when you call or visit. Confirm prices, ticket terms, and any applicable fees before booking.

Reviews are largely positive, with customers highlighting helpfulness, responsiveness, patience, and efficient service; the business has a 4.7 rating from 25 reviews. Experiences can vary: one reviewer reported an unprofessional and disappointing phone interaction, so clear communication about your needs and expectations is worthwhile. The office is described as small, and a customer who arrived without an appointment appreciated being helped promptly, though that does not ensure immediate availability for every walk-in. For a more predictable visit, call ahead to ask about scheduling, current visa support, and payment arrangements. Global Travel’s weekday hours make it a potential option for Phoenix-area travelers seeking in-person guidance for Chinese visa paperwork or flight planning, with a local team to contact as their plans take shape.
