Sonia’s expertise is apparent, she is extremely pleasant and a true master at her craft. I adore the products that were used, the care and understanding of technique and tenderness that were present throughout the whole blowout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Due to years of touching up my roots with permanent color, my hair color and style was harsh and dull before Sonia worked her magic. (See before and after pics.) At 3 separate appointments with Sonia, I got a haircut, seamless blending, and a smoothing treatment. My hair is now stylish, silky, dimensional, and set up for future color-blending success. The smoothing treatment completely eliminated the need to heat-style my hair, which is a game-changer for hair health and growth. Thank you, Sonia!
Sonina is honestly amazing. I’m visiting San Francisco and this was one of the best hair experiences I’ve had. She gave me the perfect natural color and haircut — exactly what I wanted but even better. The service, energy, and attention to detail were wow. I had a really disappointing experience. The staff came across as unfriendly and not attentive to my requests. They messed up my haircut despite me being very specific about what I wanted, which is frustrating on its own, especially at this price point. What made the situation worse was what happened afterward. I later learned that I had been recorded during the appointment by an employee, and that recording was presented as “proof” that I was happy with the result. In reality, there’s often pressure to respond positively in the moment, before you’ve fully seen or processed the outcome. I was not aware I was being recorded at the time, and that felt extremely uncomfortable. Being filmed in that context felt invasive and honestly a bit predatory, especially when it’s used as leverage in a dispute. It’s not something I would expect when going in for a haircut, particularly at a high-end salon. Overall, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and transparency.
I got my extensions installed and the result is incredible! My natural hair has three different shades, but Tatiana custom-blended the tones perfectly and the match is seamless and looks completely natural. I’ve tried other salons, but no one offered this level of precision or quality. The hair feels light, comfortable, and premium. I’m obsessed with the final look. Highly recommend!
