The menu on the drive through is apparently outdated and medium black milk tea w bubble is 6.5 dollars not 5.5. Please update the menu

This was my second time trying Gong Cha, but my first time at this location. The shop was bright, spacious and very clean. The guy at the front was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment I walked in. He even let me know about their XL size upgrade for just a dollar more. Great deal! The drink tasted just as good as the other location I visited, so I know the quality is consistent. Definitely will be coming back to this location!

This place seriously exceeded my expectations. I ordered a boba smoothie and it was made absolutely perfectly—smooth, flavorful, and exactly how it should be. The girl at the register was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole ordering process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and creates a really positive vibe. The boy who made the drink did an amazing job—everything was blended flawlessly, and it honestly tasted like one of the best boba drinks I’ve had in a while. It’s clear he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in it. Overall, the service here was top-tier. Both of them were professional, kind, and made the experience memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

There’s no way that these reviews should have this level of variance. I ordered a boba smoothie and was crunching on the little pieces of ice in each sip. I asked the one taking orders why it was like that and she told me that’s just how the drink is made. I’ve been getting boba long enough to know better. I showed a picture of what it was supposed to look like and then she finally admits that the boy who made the drink made it wrong. She then told him to go make it the right way. So, you knowingly made it wrong? She agreed to refund the drink, but I feel like my intelligence was insulted as well as my time disrespected. I definitely won’t be returning to this location. Update (post-response from Gong Cha — Redland): Thank you for responding, but I want to be clear—this wasn’t a matter of “variation” in smoothie consistency. The drink was made incorrectly, and your staff acknowledged that only after I had to come back inside and show what it should look like. What made the experience frustrating was being initially told that the drink was “supposed” to be that way when it wasn’t. I didn’t leave and come back…I addressed it immediately, and instead of transparency, I was given an explanation that wasn’t accurate. A refund and remake don’t address the core issue, which is the lack of honesty in that moment. Customers shouldn’t have to advocate that hard to have something corrected, especially when the mistake is already known. I’ve had this same drink at other locations with consistent quality multiple times, which is why this stood out. I hope there’s more emphasis on accountability and training moving forward, because this kind of interaction impacts trust more than the mistake itself.
